Big appartments, great kidsclub with lots of activities for children, shuttle service to the city or shopping mall. Room service.

Toilet flush was a bit old and hard to flush for children but not big of an issue. Ants would find any left over food around the kitchen.

The food and drinks were consistently enjoyable throughout our stay, but what truly stood out was the exceptional attention and care shown by the staff.

The only aspects we enjoyed less were the access routes to the apartments, which involved too many stairs, and the considerable distances between the accommodation and the main dining and entertainment areas.

Very nice property that was extremely family focused. Upon arrival we had children's plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, and travel cribs set up in our room for no additional cost. We were able to rent toys for our kids to play with for a great price. We were able to walk to a little grocery store (about 10 minutes) to get anything we needed including dippers.Staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Had a great stay, however upon checkout we forgot to ask for our toy deposit back (50 euro), and we are still emailing back and forth to get our refund 2.5 months latter. Only rated a 8 for this reason.

Furniture and general amenities feel a bit old and tired, however the rooms were clean

Stayed for a long week end, apartment was really clean, well equipped and decorated really well, with lovely garden area.Food was really good, but all inclusive does feel like a school canteen.Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, always had plates cleared before we came back to our seats.Adult pool was lovely and loads of activities at the other pool if you wanted.Beach towels were super soft and a great size.

The only criticism I would have, is the air conditioning was centrally controlled and was on the winter setting, our apartment was very warm in the evening and because every bedroom had patio doors we couldn’t open to cool the rooms down at night

The apartments were lovely, everything was clean and looked after and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The food was good, as you’d expect for all inclusive but nothing special.

The fact that the photos of the 2 bedroom as advertised wasn't what we got; we were given a dated 2 bedroom flat meant for physically disabled persons, going by the bathroom facilities.From using the bathroom facilities, they appeared not to have been used in a long time.Nothing exciting for adults, caters more for kids.

So well thought out for families, down to car seats for little ones on the free shuttle bus and in provided taxis. Buffet was excellent, with varying menus each day. Facilities were first class, and entertainment planned all day, every day. Apartment was spacious, and location wise, the resort was excellently placed.Even a local taxi driver mentioned "I know the Algarve very well, and you will not find a better resort than Eden"

Can't fault it.

My family and I love coming to Eden. With around 5 or more beaches, the Old and New Town experiences, great excursion and spectacular food and views will make anyone fall in love!!

Room size is good, food is great, restaurant and bar staff are all brilliant.

Room is not ready until 4:30pm.

Eden is meticulously clean. The staff are mostly very friendly. The entertainment team were great! Unfortunately, our apartment was located at the bottom of quite a steep hill having made a special request for an apartment closer to the hotel and facilities to accommodate an relative recovering from illness. We would have appreciated more understanding here. Food at Eden is very expensive unless you want the all inclusive type buffet experience. A shame not to have more choice of a la carte.

Great resort, most of the staff were very friendly. Rooms were very nice and spacious, we had the 2 bedroom apartment. Easy to drive to, plenty of things to do in the area. Staff were super quick and responsive on WhatsApp with any questions. Kids Club staff were excellent.

Some of the finishes in our apartment looked a little untidy. 3 door handles needed repair and some touch-ups on the grouting in the bathroom but we went off season so maybe they will fixing those things before the season starts again.

The two playgrounds were small & didn’t have swings. Not friendly for baby 1 year old.

Eden apartments are comfortable spacious very clean and the shuttle bus was really useful. Staff were helpful and informative..breakfast was was excellent.

The variety of meals, excellent breakfast. The staff are very friendly and always willing yo assist. Good value for money.

Spacious two bedroom apartment. Convenient facilities. Great value in the early season. The staff were fantastic.

In the early season, not all facilities are open. Distance from the town centre, it is uphill all the way back. Though taxis are plentiful and cheap, it didn't feel like a major reason to not stay here again.

The apartments are a great size & to a good standard. Kids club v good.

Waking up to sewage outside patio one morning was not a great start. Went to reception & told to send a whatsapp. No update provided so we had no idea if the problem was resolved by the time we came back after being out for the morning.There needs to be more facilities for kids no playground only kids clubs when open.The driveway upto the resort is v bleak & when we arrived initially it did not create a good first impression.The food offering could be more varied & the space for the food offerings is too small for the number of people trying to use it.

Fantastic place close to everything,the 2 bed apartment was very spacious,very clean shame the weather was bad but it didn't stop us,food was very nice and plenty of choice the kids loved the entertainment ? would deffo stay again ? ?
