Everything was exceptional.

- the hotel is remote and surrounded by beautiful beaches- 2 people at the reception (Tom and a lady) were very kind and understanding

- restaurant was closed and it wasnt announced. we had to go out to the town to get some food, taxi was 25euros per trip, so 50euros round trip. we had to walk 25' to the supermarket to get some food for the hotel to heat it for us.... really not convenient with 4 years olf kid- bar was also closed. so impossible to get a cocktail, some wine or just sparkling water- we didnt get the welcome drink- the massage service was closed- breakfast was average- the pictures show sunbeds on the beach. after 2 days of not seeing them, we had to ask to finally get some

Nice location.

They advertised it’s a Spa yet everything was off or under renovation. So it was just an expensive hotel.

Most went well from arrival lady on reception was welcoming young man ( from Bosnia ) working in bar / restaurant was a credit to the hotel and first class every time during our 5 day stay ,all ladies and gentlemen working at the hotel were extremely attentive and professional,

Hotel needs to look at the screen set up in shower ,every time you have a shower bathroom becomes extremely wet ,also coffee in the room would be of benefit

Great find small intimate hotel. All staff extremely professional and very friendly. Couldn’t do enough. The Restaurant is absolutely superb with amazing choices amazing quality and excellent service!Would most definitely recommend

We loved the location, the rooms were big, the food was good and plentiful and the staff were wonderful. We also loved the indoor pool.

The parking situation was difficult but the staff always helped resolve the situation. The air conditioning was really trying it hardest, but I think the August heat wave was too much for it.

Lovely place. Beach nearby, sunbeds free. Good dinner. Perfect hosts, two pools.

Excellent Breakfast, rooms are excellent, we like very much the peace around hotel in the morningbut beach is too small for all people from rented rooms around hotel, parking for hotel guests is not big enough for all guests

Fabulous breakfast, close to the sea. The staff was amazing, so attentive and polite without being overbearing. Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful view!

Great hotel, amazing staff, nice little public beach.

Don’t get the half board. The dinner is not good. Just order from the standard menu, food is better quality, higher quantity and tastier. Reasonable prices as well.

Air conditioning - temperature was a bit too high.

From arrival to departure staff were excellent. Very welcoming, professional and nothing too much trouble. On arrival small issue with toilet flush, sorted asap. When using indoor pool, cleaner appeared with extra towels. Breakfast and evening menus excellent choices and quality ?

The hotel had a lovely peaceful atmosphere. Check in was very smooth and very welcoming,We ate in the restaurant for both nights of our stay and the food was exceptional. We were seated next to the pool which with candles burning around it looked delightful. The manager kindly offered the use of some mosquito spray which was very kind.Breakfast was lovely and very varied with Prosecco included!The second morning there was a storm and a loss of power, the staff carried on smoothly and apologised for the lack of hot coffee, which was later remedied.

The road down to the hotel is steep and narrow and parking is tight, however if you go slowly it is manageable. Sensibly there is a one way system so no need to drive back up the steep entrance road.There are no beaches, cafes or restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel restaurant is very good so no need to drive out in the evenings.

A lovely little hotel right by the beach. Incredibly friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds and hotel restaurant served delicious dishes. Short ~10 min car ride away from both Rogoznica and Primošten.

Hotel is cca 3 km from Rogoznica and there is nothing near it (except apartments and houses). This doesn’t need to be negative, depends on the situation. Walking to town is nice and most part you can walk by the sea.

Small, cosy and quiet hotel (went mid June). Perfect small little beach in front of the hotel. Also had a room with a great ocean view. The staff were very kind and helpful. All the ‘hotspots’ were within an hour drive. Great variety of food for breakfast. Parking behind hotel was free.

Acces to parking spot was a little bit tight, but manageable.

Excellent hotel. All facilities as described. The staff give excellent customer service. The food is excellent too.

Wish we could stay longer. Already planning our next visit.
