Very friendly staff, beautiful location.

The hot water in our bathroom never got hot, even after following directions to let it run. The wall are a bit thin. The man next to us was coughing through the night and woke up up

Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and friendly.

When we arrived, the rooms were very cold and damp. Upon asking, the heating was turned on, but the rooms remained very damp. There was a very unpleasant smell of mustiness and mold in the rooms. The bed linen was damp due to the moisture, and it was unpleasant to sleep between wet sheets. There was no heating in the shower room, and it was very cold there.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The facilities are great! Everything is very well maintained and tastefully decorated. It's a shame that we didn't get to enjoy the beach due to such a short stay. I will probably come back

Great location in the country side. Would be a great location to go with other friends and family or special events

The bathrooms were a bit old and no WiFi in the rooms. Only the main building. Even though the staff gave us a router for the room so for us it was fine but probably not for everyone who needs to access the internet in the room.

The pool was good.Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff were reasonably friendly.

Miss communication around , bar being open. Was told when we arrived at abo,ut 7pm and went to the town to get something to eat.we were told that the bar would open at 9pm but when we arrived back were told the bar was shut as they had a big event the next day. After I expressed my disappointment and dis- satification, they opened the bar for 2 drinks, but it felt under pressure .to finish. Nice staff but disappointing. Room was a bit basic for price with no airconditioner and being out of the town.villa nova de milfontes was beautiful, but I had the worse meal I have ever had in my 6 visits to portugal on seafront. People in shops were not very friendly compared with the other places we stayed on the silvercoast and algarve.

The staff were friendly, and the food was quite good.

The hotel was simple, pleasant, overpriced and underwhelming. The room was small, and there was no AC. Internet and TV stopped at 11 pm. NO chair in the room. Two small wooden seats outside but no cushions The lights didn't work when we arrived, and the shower drain was semi-blocked.As I said, it was simple and pleasant, but I don't reckon to pay nearly as much as I did (€168 a night) for simple and pleasant.

Breakfast was good, nice pool and a really quiet place. The rooms clean and spacious but decoration more functional and somewhat outdated.

Staff, friendliness and the level of service and cleanliness was superb.I'd recommend this place to rest after the whole day on the beach, but in a quiet and beautiful area close to everything.

The location was very good.

One member of staff should her disproval that we were not vaccinated. No air-conditioning and provided with a very noisy fan. Impossible to sleep with the noise or too hot to sleep without it. No hot water, ran shower for ten minutes, waste of water and still not hot. No mosquito screens so couldn't leave windows open for cool air. We could hear the people next door talk and use the toilet. For the price we woukd have expected much more for the money.

The Pool area and all outdoor environments and facilities are great a beautiful countryside feel with two small lakes lots of grass and a place to play football and a tennis court.

I think in terms of value for money it could be better it is a bit pricey for the services that provides. Breakfast had quality but for the price should have more variety. If it was a little bit cheapest it would be perfect. For the price they charge you can be in a hotel with a higher level of services and facilities.

The breakfast had variety of products but the quality wasn't that level we are used to have. With the room price we expected a litle more.
