It was very centrally located. Easy to find.

There was street noise until well past 2am and was very noisy.

Great apartment in a great location. Street parking and walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops.

Really friendly staff (check in at adjacent hotel) & an great place to visit, perfect location for Milfontes.Even though comments below apply the bed was actually very comfy.

The rooms are just so basic, no desk or chair & a very small TV - bathroom similar with a very old shower. With the lack of bar, direct reception or any amenities it wasn’t even really like a hotel.Lovely location but not the best facilities wise.

Very clean, comfortable beds, located center of the old town. Nice balconies. Walking distance to everything.

Door locking mechanism a bit flimsy. TV never worked.

They storaged our bikes the whole night.

First of all the sent us to a different hotel that was just in the front of the one we booked (belongs to the same group) and the room was much older and uglier than the one we booked. The smell from the toilet was so disgusting that we couldn't stand it, even with 2 closed doors it was unbearable. They were pressuring us to do the check in already at 17, when the check-in schedule is from 17 to 22.30 (or 22). We arrived later than we said, cause as we said prior, we didn't know the area. We arrived at 19.45 instead of 19 and there was nobody to do the check in or explain to us that we were booked on a different hotel and room. Again, the worst part was the smell in the room. Just terrible.

We actually didn’t stay in the bulldog but got moved to the blue bamboo, alternative option handled very well.

No coffee in the self service area

We got an upgrade since the place was fully booked. Ended up staying in Quinta de Moinho de Vento. Pool, terrace with a green view and a great breakfast buffet.

Convenient location for walking the Fishermen’s Trail. Comfortable and clean and close to restaurants.

Easy check in 24/7, nice location, really clean.

Nice place in city center

No shower curtains and the beds were not so comfortable.Insulation is non existent so if there's loud people in the streets you'll hear it.Breakfast was not included and it was offered at a higher price.

directions on arrival by coach. Coach stop is on the edge of town and with no map I had to phone the hotel to arrange a taxi.

My room Nr 11 was fantastic, incl. a little balcony. Comfy, clean, aircon, all you need!

Why don't the hotels stop to offer shampoo in small plastic portions? This is the minimum of sustainability that nowadays should be done easily. The check in was at Hotel Bamboo next door, but they do not have any sign that explains that. I read it on booking before in other comments and therefore went more or less directly there.

This place was way better than I expected. Great location but the real shocker was our big, bright room with a sunny balcony, mini fridge, comfy beds, and strong, hot shower. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

There is not really anything on site, like even the reception is at the neighbouring Blue Bamboo hotel, but there is a great coffee shop directly across the street. The only real drawback was the lack of coffee/tea in the room.

The room is a bit small for two people on a longer holiday, I think. Great for 1 or 2 nights
