Pros +
- We were greeted by Marina who was extremely helpful and friendly. The beach was lovely and the rooms were large and had a fantastic layout.
- We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed, and the private beach was a huge plus—quiet, clean, and never too crowded. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, making it very comfortable for a longer stay. One thing we really appreciated was the individual assignment of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach—no need to rush down early to claim a spot. Just be aware that the seaside is a bit rocky at the beginning, so water shoes might come in handy.Dinner was a highlight for us. Each evening, we could choose from three different options for antipasti, primi, secondi, and desserts, which gave us a nice variety and made meals feel special.Overall, a very relaxing and comfortable experience—ideal for those who value privacy, space, and good food.We enjoyed exploring the neiboring towns Sanremo, Imperia, Menton & Nice.
- room was excetly how it shown on photos
Cons -
- The evening front desk person was not very friendly or helpful. When we asked for dinner recommendations she said the pizza place was the only option since the restaurant in the hotel was full.
- The breakfast was good overall, especially if you like sweets and a wide variety of drinks. However, the savory options were a bit limited and didn’t change much day to day, which became noticeable after a few mornings.
- unfortunately the beach is not reacheable. they collect all sand on garden area and even on bar you cannot able to see the sea. so be away out off summer time if you want to walk on the beach and able to see the sea while sitting on garden

Nothing special
The wiev from room, breakfast on terase in oktober was the best, also the staff on breakfast was great. Nice big apartment wih two rooms was top.Free parking, near marina.
the beach is near marina, very equipped but no so much beautiful.
Amazing nice staff, wonderful exteriors right on the sea, they made us feel very welcome coming with our two pets (free of charge), on top the rooms are enormous and the breakfast yummy, we slept like babies… wonderful place
Everything was wonderful
Comfort of the room, Seaview was amazing, little beach close by, walking distance to village. Fantastic Pizzeria! (national champion) in the harbour!
Good but not stellar.
Closure to the beach and free facilities there.
The meal in restaurant was awful. Was cooked not as ordered. I would think about ordering half-board !
Great view of the room just seeing the sea
The facilities are just old looks like an hotel from the 90s. Breakfast is just poor for this money I would have expected something of more quality.
Great for people with pets. Very welcoming. Great beach, clean. Very helpful and nice staff in general Loved our room, it was clean and spacious and good housekeeping. We will return ?
We took a train from Taggia Arma so we asked for a shuttle well in advance, it wasn't available. Not a shuttle from the hotel but a taxi service. Were told that there should be taxis at the station. We waited for an hour with no luck. We found that there was a bus 12, but it didn't come so we took another bus to a city next to us. Then we found the correct bus thanks for the locals. It took us 3h to get to the hotel... a trip that took us 15min by car on the way back to the train station. We wanted to book a table for restaurant at the reception after we checked in, they told us to book directly.... we left our card details for the extras, we couldn't put the bill on the room and we were rushed to pay the bill, the maître dhotel made us feel like we would walk out on our bill on the 1st night. The restaurant sadly wasn't sadly good for price/portion but we found 2 restaurants a walk from the hotel that were great and also Stefano Di mare 20min by walk with lots of restaurants. For the price, we expected more for the service. As soon as we finished our starter, the mains were put on the table (we noticed served passing us to check if we have finished multiple times) so the dinner was rushed for us. Didn't know the system for the sunbeds at first as it wasn't explained by reception, so we didn't get the beds we wanted but overall OK. For the room service in the evening, food and beverage that should have been available 24/7 but when we called, no food. Would have appreciated more info from the reception team. Especially when we checked out, we weren't asked if we liked our stay or anything. We paid the remaining amount due and good bye from reception. Nothing more. Me and my husband both work/worked in a hotel for many years and understand that on the checkout, it is the last chance of any hotel to right there wrong but it wasn't the case here !
i could not see the Beach from my room, breakfast was excellent.
The price of the evening meal, bigger servings or low price, would have made my stay, having said that the food was very good.
The hotel is in a very quiet place. It's in a port and has a private beach
Things like the bar and restaurant we're a bit expensive. The beach could have been cleaner.
The beach was nice, protected from big waves, with several places to enjoy sealife. Sunbeds, umbrella and towels were part of room package (dedicated and fixed place of choice). The room was spacios, clean, and comfy (the fridge isn't too big and too efficient). The breakfast offered a large variety of choices and 2 serving areas (indoor and outdoor). We went for the half board option and enjoyed the discovery of italian good food (3 courses and desert). The staff was polite and helpful. There are plenty of options for area exloration. It's close to Sanremo, Imperia, nice small and authentic villages and not far away from Monaco and France. We would definitely come back.
The rooms were clean and big enough. The breakfast was diverse and good.
everything is outstanding in this hotel. we got an upgrade and enjoyed everything. would like to point out the friendliness of the personnel, Ms. Marina the Manager at the front desk, Cecilia at the Resturant, Mr Albano, we called him the overall man, because he helped everywhere. The whole staff was fantastic!!!
Everything was fantastic
The size of room and cleanliness of facilityThe friendliness of the reception staff on the counter when we checked in and in afternoon next day. They were super friendly and they were there at check out too.Good parking.
Beach under construction. Attitude of breakfast staff poor. Acted like police women!!We had two rooms, one was hotel with breakfast incl. the other a studio no breakfast.I tried to have breakfast using hotel room offer. Told two people had already used that rooms breakfast and didnt believe me that no one had been to breakfast!!!I cant believe we are treated as the ones wrong, when clearly they were wrong as we only were one person anyway in that room not two.No bars or other restaurants within 0.5Km other than hotel
The hotel was located near the beach and lunch was nice. There was parking available outside and it was dog friendly.
The hotel corridor was a bit weird with steel doors that made a lot of noise
Amazing location, very big room, decent breakfast
Not impressed with the cleanliness, especially the bathroom
The view, the area , the breakfast and the kidneys of the staff.
Everything was good ?!
Everything.. The excellent Hospitality and the great cooperation of the Staff !!!Nice breakfast, excellent view and very nice rooms.
