Very beautiful location, views over the valley and distant views of the sea side.Swimming pool and breakfast were nice. Quiet, in the middle of nature.

Friendly staff, plenty of available parking and an excellent breakfast with all options of hot, cold and sweet breakfast. Good for overnight stays while passing the riviera.

The resort is a bit far away from the city center up the steep hills and narrow road. Not a dealbreaker, just good to be aware if you're planning a longer stay and visiting the nearby towns or Sanremo.

Great swimming pool, lovely view from balcony, very clean rooms and staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great, a good selection of food and coffee was amazing.

Fantastic pool tucked amidst olive trees with views of the distant Ligurian Sea and surrounding hills. Excellent service by the staff. Scenic drive to the location and plenty of parking.

A few more offerings on the menu, which seemed limited. We went into town for an excellent meal, but the parking there is generally dicey and difficult, so prepare to walk some distance to any restaurant (which close early in many cases).

The room was spotless. The bathroom and room are quite large and the room is very bright. The hotel personnel was very kind. We arrived at 2 am and albeit the time, the receptionist was very kind. The buffet breakfast has a wide choice of salty and sweet dishes. It has a beautiful swimming pool! Plus a safe parking lot! The discounted price offered on booking was definitely good value!!!.

The location is terrible, the room isn't level of 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 or 2 stars. The food at the breakfast that supposed to be till 10:30, finished already at 8:15, I asked if they are filling againg all the empty places of the buffet, they said that the food already finished for today ....

At times very noisy due to rile floors. The road up the mountain.Nowhere to get a meal in the evening except at the offside restaurant which was closed every time I tried. Not owned by the hotel. No dinner in hotel in off season

Breakfast, Frühstück, ontbijt: very good. Much better than breakfast Standard in Italy.Location. Not far from beaches.Free parking. Nice views. Good looking pool and surrounding.Some guests complain about steep roads, which is not really true. There are two ways to get to the hotel!! If you go the right more or less half way leaving the „main road“ up, you will face a very small and narrow road sometimes. STAY on the main road and go to the right just before you enter the village and see the highway deeply below. Then you will face a quite good and easy to follow road!Youngest employee at reception, Nadir and Cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful.We booked a junior suite. Airco was good, but not located ideally. Bed ok, pillows also.First room was not as good as the room we got after a lamp suddenly fell from the wall and smashed in 1000 pieces. We were very fortunate that we we or our little son who played below just before on the ground have not been injured, which might have been severly.The youngest employee at the reception gave us a new room just before he left. We had to move a lot of unpacked stuff very carefully due to all the broken glass and our kid could not sleep for hours.As an unpleasant surprise the reception told us to move to another room the next morning. We refused of course. No apologies, we thought it was a joke, but they were really serious. We have never ever experienced such UNfriendly, UNprofessional and disrespectful behaviour of a hotel.When checking out the same reception even wanted to charge 5 Euros for a bottle of water we didn‘t have. I almost payed, but luckily I asked why? and in the end I did not pay.Inspite of the negative experiences we enjoyed our stay.

A big lack of friendliness! Only a few employees were friendly.Not related to the hotel: extremely sad in Italy: all the private beaches, making benefit of normal people. What is the next step? Paying to see the sea or trees or mountains???We noticed a lot of unfriendliness (lack of smile, friendliness) in this part of Italy. Reason? High season/Stress???The hotel is ok, but clearly had better times. A renovation here and there would be good.The rome rate per night is extremely too high. Inspite of high season and the every day Discounts.Shower and bath room unusual, narrow, dark.Like many guests say: the pool has a nice colour, but is absolutely not clean, not clear, not hygienic. To be honest we did not bother much, but the water is full of ? Remains of skin? Trees? Dirt?

Came for a quiet weekend to relax and it was perfect for that! Room was a great size and comfortable, the pool area was lovely with a lot of space and sunbeds for everyone. Clubhouse restaurant was perfect for our evening meal and very well priced. The staff couldn't have been nicer and helped us with our car problem

Just a personal preference, but would have loved tea/coffee in the rooms but otherwise nothing

the rooms are spacious and the kingsize bed is comfortable (even if a little hard). The surroundings are pleasant and the overall atmosphere is of quietude. The (free) parking spaces are right by your room and 11am check out is decent. Decent fridge and good aircon.

although very close to the highway on a map, the drive from the highway exit to the resort is a 10km long winding road on the steep hillsides of the Ligurian coast. Avoid doing it at night if you can.

There are pool & gym. The employees are kind.

The location, away from the town and up in the hills is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Even enjoying an evening meal looking out over the golf course and the Autostrada bridges hugging the hillsides in the distance were beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful, followed by a swift and easy check out.

The hotel was fantastic and the room was lovely and spacious with comfortable big beds. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Great pool.The staff were great. We had car trouble, and they went above and beyond to help.

Location. Discounted room rate., which I consider a normal rate for a hotel of this standing.

The breakfast was excellent and the lady working at the bar across from reception extremely attentive. Dog friendly.

There was no where to eat an evening meal/snack. There was a club/ hotel bar /restaurant with an unfriendly manager who was not concerned at all about the wishes and needs of the guests, only for his golf club members. However, the lady at the hotel bar made us a sandwich in the end which was excellent and gave water to my dog on arrival. The local mini village (a short drive away up windy, tight streets) also had no eating options on the night we were there, not ideal after a full long day of traveling.

gave me the option to play golf and have a relaxing swim at the end of the Golf. The place was very quiet of an evening with not much activity. Very hard to find food in the night time and also very hard to find people at night they disappear at around 7 o’clock and there’s nothing going on if that’s what you like. Have a great day.
