- Very polite, positive and caring staff. Check-in is very fast. The hotel is very beautiful and cozy. We took a room with a fireplace. Very warm and cozy in the room (it was winter). The breakfast is delicious.
- The view, being in the forest.
Cons -
- The window in the balcony didn't Lock. There weren't nets on the windows so we couldn't open them at night to get some air.. it was a bit choked. Not on the season, there weren't many vegetarian options
