Nothing! We would not recommend staying here.

We were first given a room that strongly reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was slightly better, but still not completely free of cigarette smell.The rooms look nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The hotel feels very dated, and the rooms clearly need a serious renovation and much better cleaning.During the reservation process, I clearly requested a quiet room. On arrival, we noticed that parties were planned for the evening on both the ground floor and the first floor, where our room was located. We explicitly asked if it would be loud and were assured it would not be. Despite this, we were placed in the closest possible room to the banquet hall. With paper-thin walls, it felt like sitting next to the band. We came to a spa hotel to rest, not to listen to loud live music late into the night. Guests should be informed in advance about planned parties, weddings, or other events so they can decide if this would be an inconvenience.The bathroom heating was not working at all. The radiator appeared to be disconnected from the central heating system.The bed was very uncomfortable, with a saggy mattress that felt more like sleeping in a hammock.Breakfast was a disaster: dry, stale bread, rotten fruit, and reheated leftovers that appeared to come from the party the night before.Check-in and check-out fit the overall experience. The receptionist was not particularly friendly and kept us waiting while dealing with other errands.The hotel has a great location and a lot of potential, but it is poorly maintained and badly managed. With proper renovation, better organization, and more attentive staff, the experience could be significantly improved.

The room was spatious and perfectly servicable.The dinner was good.

The decor was uninspired.It was a bit cold in the room.The pool probably makes the hotel more attractive in the summer, but it was already too cold for outdoor bathing and there is no indoor pool.

The location was perfect for us on our cross Slovenia bike tour. They had good indoor bike storage. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection.

The hot baths were closed for the season. The place was understaffed - the staff was always busy in the restaurant and it was difficult to check in and get precise instructions on where to place our bikes at first.

It was super affordable and close proximity to Rimske Terme. Staff was exceptional and the included breakfast kept me full all day. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

The hotel restaurant has an amazing food. Everything I tasted was perfect, and I didn't expect that in the 3 star hotel.

Rooms would require some upgrading. Better mattresses, lights next to the bed.

Friendly staff, private parking space, nice hotel restaurant, nice location, competitive price, good resort for couples.

The room has many "low-hanging fruits" how to fix the experience. For example cracks on the wall here and there, smaller visible mold in bathroom, missing bathrobes, water-stone here and there, at least a complimentary water would be nice. It would take a small effort for things to look really exclusive.

The Aqua Roma Hotel in Rimske Toplice boasts an excellent location surrounded by nature. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The highlight of our visit was the restaurant, offering very good food with a variety of delicious options. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Location perfect (by the river and 5 min walk from Rimske Terme), staff very polite, rooms are cmean and have basics you need, bed comfrotable, and most positive thing is food in the restaurant in the looby. Food is delicious, portions are big and not expensive. The only thing not so delicious is coffee from the machine at the breakfast but you can always order and pay latte from the bar which is way better. For the price you pay for everything, it's excellent hotel. Highly recomend!

Bar had some great drinks. Food was great.

It was party until 24.00 or more, and music was tooloud.

Sauna was fantastic, jacuzzi too.App is nice and clean.

Very close to Rimske terme, nice size room, big bathroom, balcony. Clean room, comfortable bed but to soft for me. Very good restaurant in house. Very friendly employes. Good cofee.

Room needs renovation. Carpets are worn out, bathroom walls and celing needs fresh paint. Very bad soundproofing of the rooms. You hear everything. TV has defect and totaly unusable as result. Smell from kitchen is all over room area.

breakfast was delicious, a lot of different food, restaurants were nice also. The room was big and the bathroom was clean and new.

the carpet on the floor was ruined and dirty, it's a pity because seems to be in a dirty room.

The place is very calm and cosy. The room and bathroom were clean with everything you need. There are two entrances, one in the ground and one from the main road to enter during the night and, I'd assume for disabled people. The staff was very friendly. Bicycles available to rent. Free parking at the spot. Nice restaurant and a cafe. Self service breakfast with variety of food.

Was not a huge problem, but rail road is near. Also the kitchen is open, so the smell from the restaurant goes all around. I would also suggest to think about at least a small swimming pool for winter. There is open space for summer vacation but not much to do here at the place (except going to neighbouring spa).

Good staff. We could bring food to the room so as not to leave the dog alone.

Breakfast was minimal. I didn't like the lack of a kettle in the room. No cushions were provided for the furniture on the terrace. It was impossible to sit on the plastic sofa.

Nice view through the balcony. Clean and fresh bed dressing and towels. Good breakfast.

Room was not very clean, trash was not cleaned in bathroom, walls dirty, window dressing was dirty, broken and full of bugs. Carpet floor very dirty. The room was all smoked. Smoking and kitchen smells going into the room, very loud ventilation & outside restaurant .

Amazing staff, very helpful, react quickly and do them best! Lovely restaurant, very tasty food, good prices. Nice VIP room. Warm, comfortable, big in size. Tasty breakfast, not big choice but good anyway!

Hotel need handyman to fix all little things around. New carpet is needed everywhere or at least deep cleaning. Missing fruit basket, what was promised in booking system. And please put some chair in VIP room, can survive without, but will make stay more comfortable.

The food was really good. A great value for money. The room was clean and cozy.

We really enjoyed ourselves, the swimming pools, the view to the mountains, the restaurant and the very delicious foods make our stay perfect. ( Thanks for Greg and Rob from the team, they were very kind and helpful)
