Everything was excellent!

The pools and staff are great.

The value for money is at a low end. The AC in the room was barely working and it was unbearably hot. The mattress and pillows are so bad you should schedule a physical therapy after your stay in the hotel. The lack of AC and low quality beds made the nights last forever and we couldn't get any sleep.

Excellent pool & spa, stable internet, clean, modern and very large room, very nice lobby bar with live music.

Beds too soft, massages could have been much better (considering the level of accommodation), charging station in front of the hotel not working.

Wide selection of food on breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful receptionist who checked me in and out. Easy to navigate to the pools.

Just a small little complaint about the TV, the custom OS seems to have removed some features from the TV that were previously there like YouTube and Netflix, which would have been nice to watch before sleep.

Disappointing

My mother and son and I were placed in a room with a broken handle on the window at the end of October. The window would not close. It only became clear when everyone went to bed. And further until 12 at night I dealt with this problem and we moved with my mother and son and all the things, without any help from the staff or at least an apology to my family. No apology from the staff. No discounts or bonuses either. No one helped me with my things. The administrator was not surprised when I told him about it. The attitude is absolutely boorish! I do not recommend anyone for such money.

The food is amazing, great choice and quality, the location is superb, excellent for walks in nature. The jakuzzis, kneip path, the outdoor pool, eveything is really nice.

I like a room with review view. Possibility of hiking and swiming pool. I very like breakfast and dinner. It was a very pleasant stay.

The lights and jacuzzi was switched off 30 minutes before closing and cleaning process starts - people was surprised with leaving the place before closing hours.

The temperature only goes down to 24 degrees in the room. Just a bit too hot for the middle of summer, especially when you cannot open the balcony due to bugs

It was the perfect place to relax after a busy time. The pools are superb. I didn’t have time to explore properly but there seemed to be plenty of walking and cycling and hiking possibilities. My eventual room was very clean and comfortable. The food was varied and good quality, although not topped up frequently ? If you arrived later, it was looking over cooked? Overall, it was a superb location and I hope to come back with my family soon! They will love it too!

I had emailed ahead to query about arriving by train. For some reason this was not added to the system? Was this the fault of Booking.com,I wonder? I know as a host that Booking frequently slip up despite charging enormous booking fees to both host and guests? As a result, when I arrived I had to walk with my suitcase from the station in the dark, asking for directions whenever possible ? It took me (pensioner) about 20 minutes. I was then given a room which had not been cleaned. It took another 10 minutes for the solitary receptionist to begrudgingly find me an alternative? By now it was 20.45 and since dinner was served only up until 21.00, I had to skip the shower (I had been travelling all day) and rush to the restaurant to grab some food, as the staff were clearing away. It is an enormous building and no map was provided. The pools closed at 22.00 …so I missed that too. This was not a good beginning? However, the following days were much improved and I really enjoyed. One disappointment was that the pools only opened at 0900 ? I would have welcomed tge opportunity to swim before breakfast. Also, on weekdays it opens early for locals and schools (good news) but guests can only access after 10.00?Only on checking out, did I see that Booking.com had not given me tge correct price and I was charged much more than expected So, low score to Booking.com, but a high one to Tgermana. Nice clean and big room

Staff is not helpful and not friendly. For the cost of the hotel room the sauna should be included in the price. The hotel does not supply bath towels in the room, the towels they do supply are barely bigger than hand towels. You can rent bath towels for €3.00!! There is no information in the room on the services the hotel provides—restaurants, sauna not included in the room price, etc

There is no spa area for hotel guests, swimming pools were crowded. As hotel guest you have only free access to swimming pools, sauna should be paid additionally.

Swimmingpools and Spa is great. Breakfast and dinner is very good.

A modern and clean hotel in the middle of a small fairy tale town. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were fresh towels, bathrobes and slippers, a flat-screen TV, and generally lots of storage space. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the buffet catered to a variety of diet preferences and requirements. Another noteworthy advantage is that there are four elevators so there is virtually no waiting as there is always a free elevator. The spa facilities are in great condition with very clean pool water considering the amount of visitors present every day. Not to mention the fact that the hotel is located on the riverside, offering amazing views of the surrounding nature and opportunities to walk and explore the numerous nearby localities. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel as a must-stay spot in Lasko.

- Air conditioning does not work: The room's air conditioning was broken. The unhelpful blonde receptionist arrogantly explained that it can only cool or heat by 5 degrees. Ridiculous and unacceptable.- Wrong room: We got a different room than booked. Receptionist Mitja wanted to charge extra for a double bed. After refusing, we reluctantly got the right room. This mistake and ignorance were unacceptable.- Terrible noise: The room faced a busy road, with trucks, trains, and cars keeping us awake. The air conditioning didn't work, leaving us in unbearable heat. Mitja offered no solution.- No sound insulation: We heard TVs, music, and even sex from neighboring rooms late into the night. Unacceptable! No apology or remedy from Mitja or the blonde receptionist.- Relocation for a fee: To change rooms due to noise and broken air conditioning, we had to pay 5 € for a forest-facing room and another 20 € for cleaning. Shockingly unprofessional. Mitja's unhelpful attitude continued, denying further moves without fees.- Unfriendly staff: Arrogant staff never apologized. When moving rooms, access cards were set wrong. Mitja repeatedly set them incorrectly. Incomprehensible and ignorant.- Uncomfortable beds and pillows: Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, not meeting four-star standards. - Complaints were ignored by staff, especially Mitja.- Unhelpful café/bar staff: Café and bar staff ignored guests on the terrace, refusing to serve outside. When ordering at the bar, they lazily said they'd bring it out. Unacceptable and unprofessional.- Air conditioning in the second room: Even in the second room, air conditioning didn't work. Maintenance visited but didn't fix it. I had to convince them it wasn't cooling. Only after insisting did they fix it. Not suitable for a four-star hotel.

- Unhygienic practices at breakfast: I was horrified at breakfast when a young, brown-haired waitress with glasses transferred all the bread from one basket to another with her bare hands after clearing used dishes and cutlery from guests who had finished eating. No gloves, no tongs. Disgusting, inappropriate for a four-star hotel. This means that the bread had bacteria and fingerprints from all the people who had eaten up to that point and the waitress cleaned up after them. I do not understand why there are instructions everywhere on how to wash hands properly when the hotel fails in this simple step- Low-quality coffee: On the second morning, the hotel turned off the bean grinder coffee machine, leaving only disgusting powdered coffee. Unworthy of a four-star hotel. At dinner, we were charged 0.80 € for two glasses of water to take digestive tablets – from the same water dispenser that provides free water during breakfast as part of the half-board package

The pools were overcrowded, and there were not enough sunbeds for all the guests.

The hotel room was very spacious. The view was beautiful, as it overlooked the hillside towards the city. It is situated in a very beautiful environment, offering wonderful opportunities for hiking. The hotel is modern and beautiful. Both breakfast and lunch are plentiful and varied.

I was dissatisfied with my stay. After the first night, I requested a different room facing the river because the original room was extremely noisy. Throughout the night, the sound of trains, cars, and other noises constantly disturbed us, making it impossible to rest or sleep.I asked the staff the next day for a room change. Following about a half-hour of complaints, we were relocated to a much quieter room. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the vast, spacious sauna advertised on Booking.com as part of the hotel's amenities actually belonged to another hotel and was available at an additional daily fee of 22 Euros. This was misleading, and furthermore, the sauna was not directly accessible through our building.When I inquired about using any available sauna within the thermal spa area of our hotel, I was told it would also cost 22 Euros per day, which I found unreasonable. At the thermal spa bar, I attempted to purchase a drink, but the staff member told me it was not possible without the paper holder given at check-in for storing cards. I questioned why I couldn't verify my guest status with the hotel room card or the thermal spa entry card. They still refused to let me buy a drink. I suggested paying with a bank card instead, but was told that too was not possible. I've never encountered such a situation anywhere else—it was absurd. I complained at the reception, but received no satisfactory explanation. Unfortunately, the actions of a few staff members can significantly mar the experience of a relaxing family holiday. Unfortunately, the wellness area is not as good.
