The breakfast and the dinner was really good. The kitchen quality is ok. The work of receptionist are well done. The view and location are perfect!

The Hotel need a renovation! The carpets and walls was dirties. The furniture was broken in a living room. The heating system is really bad (the room was cold). No cafe and tee maker, no mini bar in the room. The staff of Sauna world are horrible, impolite, uncultured. The hotel quality in the last few years on the downhill. Need a philosophy and management strategy change! We are a frequent flyers. We seen the way before the covid and after that. We love this Hotel with the atmosphere, with view, with touch of Slovenia! We would like to visit again...if.

It was clean. Breakfast was excellent.

For 240 Eur we got room without coffee/tea, or even welcome water bottle. Mini bar was empty. Beds were uncomfortable (pillows too b8g). Room was cold. Teemal water was rather cold. On top of it, we had to pay extra forr the garage. Oveeprised. We shall not return to this hotel.

Location, thermal pools, breakfast

For the price the room: very poorly equipped: no tea/coffee arrangements, wifi did not work for the whole week; free parking is very limited, garage is expensive; the thermal pool area does not have water/tea to have after swimming.

This is a nice hotel, with great pool facilities, very nice staff and great breakfast. This is why I'm giving it a 9. However, the 3 star rooms are a bit dated and not that comfortable - for 200 euros, they are really not good value. Taking into account the free swimming after the check out (whole day) and the exceptionally nice staff, though, we had a wonderful stay. I would stay in the 4 star rooms next time, though.

Great location, peaceful. Very clean, great and helpful staff.

Great room however door to bathroom without any lock which may be a bit inconvenient. Good and inexpensive meals in the self-service all-you-can-eat restaurant, especially desserts. Superb thermal pools.

Indoor and outdoor pools were amazing.Saunas and massages are decently priced and offer a lot of choices.

Breakfast selection isn’t amazing. Far from it that the breakfast is bad but it could be slightly better.

Disappointing

The whole hotel was cold,pool water was cold,two of three outside pools did not in function,breakfast was poor and without taste. I was in this place for three time,and previous stays are good,but this time was poor. For this money,I excepted much moore.

Not much to do around the hotel, apart from hikes or at the hotel other than the pool.The pool was super crowded, not very relaxing. There were a lot of kids splashing around, as kids would do, which is not the vibe I was expecting. Spas are not warmer than the pool. Everything is the same temperature which came as a surprise.

Cold pool, cold rooms, hallways, dining area. If you plan to take your spouse here, don't expect any romance, because she will be complaining of cold 24/7.Wi-fi didn't work, the reception kept promising it would be resolved in a matter of hours. In 3 days I was there: no internet.Paying for parking as a hotel guest, at their own property feels like stealing. Also, the pricing is not updated. It's no longer 5€ per day but they increased the charge to 8€ per day. And don't expect comfortable parking, unpacking your stuff from the car etc. The spaces are very small. And then of course you have to crowd through narrow hallways, open countless heavy-self closing doors while carrying suitcases.Food? Dissapointing, except for Christmas eve. Of course that dinner will cost you around 40€ (for self service dinner).Shower door not closing properly and the closing of it is met with loud noises that can be heard 2 rooms away probably. Same for the toilet, it squeaks when you sit on it. Pool area smelled horribly. It was close to a sewer smell. Wet leaves on the floor, dirt. Don't walk there barefoot. Don't even go there if you ask me. For this price they aren't offering anything of value. But just the bare minimum.

Very beautiful location, breakfast and dinner are excellent.

Working time for the swimming pool and saunas on weekends is until 9 pm, which is not the best option, especially for guests who are staying there overnight, should be extended. The outside swimming pool is not hot, as it should be, and also some of the outside swimming pools are not in use. Everything else is excellent. But I think these things should be improved.

The location is good and the saunas are really good

The staff and the communication is very poor. You need to ask for everything several times. You come to the reception, get checked in, and literally do not get any information - from the location of your room, restaurant, spa, working hours, all needed to be asked. I also had a massage booked, and the lady was late, but did not extend the time to make up for it (so instead of a 60-minute massage I got a 45-50 minutes). The second thing is that the size and number of the pools are quite misleading from the website and pictures. It’s just one small indoor and one even smaller outdoor pool, with the indoor pool area being very stuffy and with not-so-favorable odors.
