Sines Sea View Business & Leisure Hotel

Very friendly staff, excellent bicycle room with all the tools and even lubricants I needed to fix up my bike after days of cycling. It made all the difference in my trip.

The warm welcome from Pedro Pereira was very much appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was beautiful and clean. Overall, everything was fine.

The spa facilities were disappointing, especially since they were one of the main reasons for our booking. The water was not warm enough to be enjoyable; regardless of the stated temperature, it felt cold and unpleasant, whereas we expected a properly heated spa. In addition, the spa was overcrowded. On one occasion, we were unable to use the jacuzzi at all because a large group occupied it for nearly an hour. Since we booked the hour, this is not acceptable. We raised both issues (water temperature and overcrowding) with the staff member on duty, but our concerns were not addressed.

We were nicely upgraded to a top floor suite without asking!

It is a beautiful hotel and grounds with lovely views of the ocean. It also has a great rooftop bar and restaurant with very nice people running it and serving very graciously. The room is super comfortable with a very comfy bed and robe and slippers. The hotel offers spa services, as well!

Very modern business hotel. Very good breakfast.

Out of main town in newly developing area. Not many places to eat close by so hotel dining is essentially the only option. Food and drinks a little pricey.

We were offered a free upgrade to an amazing ocean view on arrival and an hour in the spa facilities. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the local restaurant's

They surprised me with a delicious Portuguese stew that was very good.The breakfast was very good and I was very happy with all the food and coffee served… the staff were all very attentive and polite.Loved the location and exploring Sines.Thank you to all the staff!

Comfortable new hotel with excellent views. The bedrooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Spa was a nice touch. The receptionist gave us an upgrade and we got an ocean view room right in the center. I would definitely come back!

there was noise into the late evening one night. there was some sort of party in one of the conference rooms that went on into the next day.

The staff were great - knowledgeable, helpful, very friendly. The room was quiet and the food at the restaurant was fantastic.

A little far from the center for walking at night but Sines is safe and not as big a problem as places in other countries.

We were welcomed by the very professional and friendly staff, the hotel was nicely decorated for the Christmas / New Year's holiday, and the rooms were modern and very clean. The view overlooks a green area out to the sea, and the main beach is a short walk down the hill. The hotel had plenty of underground parking, a nice pool and spa facility, and a well equipped gym. There is a very nice restaurant on site which offered a wonderful breakfast in the morning, and in the evenings had an excellent restaurant with a good choice of nicely prepared meals.

Overall the hotel is good, I only note a few minor improvements. The WiFi sometimes seemed very slow, the whirlpool in the spa had been damaged by disrespectful guests leaving some buttons and jets non-functioning Sines is a busy port city, so outdoors one can hear a constant hum of the port in the distance.

Spa area was a bit disappointing; the jacuzzi wasn’t “bubbling”, the sauna was lukewarm and the Turkish steam bath didn’t have steam. Area itself was well done and tranquil.
