Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Ripped carpet in the hallway. No extra pillows or blankets. Bathroom: splash glass on the tub didn't reach the tub top, so the water, while showering, kept flooding the bathroom.Parking is limited inside property, and we had to park in the street.

The bed were very comfortable, bedroom was super clean, the front staff was very friendly. We stayed for one night on our way further south and it was perfect.

We stayed for a short period of time and didn’t have any issue.

Pools were closed for maintenance 24 hours notice given, thought I was to see media players cd etc but could not find.

The people at the reception were very kind and helpful.

The swimming pool was closed.The hotel is clean but dated. The green light from the telephone in the room keeps you awake. We first thought it was the lighthouse... 2nd night we covered the phone with a towel. That helped.Breakfast was good.

Having to change rooms due to poor cleaning, hairs on bedside table, beer bottles on balcony. Tired bathrooms with dirty sealant and hanging off rubber seals.

Good looking hotel with nice room and large bed

Lack of staff meant a long wait for food and drinks. Pool area was overgrown and pool was dirty

The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service has improved no end and there is now lunch/dinner food although we only had breakfast it’s great to see they’ve turn this around.

The hotel is even further run down since our previous visit in February. The decoration and fittings are all at end of life, cleaning service was good however there was dust along easy to clean areas (top and under bed). The garden is terrible, completely left to go to ruin. No daily watering or maintenance of old has meant the grass around the pools is now dirt and dust which ends up in the pool which isn’t clean at all. Weeds are everywhere and the hedges and shrubs are slowing dying with lack of water and care. We’ve been coming to this hotel for over 13 years but this will be our last visit until the prices reflect a 2 star hotel (which it currently is), or the owners turn things around and get this hotel back to a 4 star standard of old.

Good breakfast and the staff was very helpful when I mentioned that I had lost a personal item. Good gym!

Not very clean bedroom upon arrival (dirty under the beds), but as soon as I mentioned it to the cleaning lady, they really did a good job afterwards. the grass around the pool was very dry and the area was not very clean and maintained.

Quiet and comfortable, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

There was bathtubs instead of shower

Breakfast was good as well as location to town center and resturants . Room was cleaned each day and cool air conditioning .

the constant smooth jazz playing almost till 11pm which you can hear in your room.. is mental torture and so annoying. it isn’t ambient or pleasent… like being in a mental ward. no guest is going to enjoy this same tune playing all day. the town Sines is decent but wouldn’t waste your time there.

...but hotel rooms are small (albeit spotlessly clean), and bathroom especially so.Space limitations meant breakfast service was fairly basic and cramped

The hotel has very charming portugese decor. The staff was very friendly and gave us a room upgrade. the breakfast was very good as well. We highly recommend this hotel. We saw the best sunset from the room with the view of the lighthouse.

Just a great hotel with the ambiance of a day gone by. The staff were most accommodating and friendly..a lovely breakfast with a variety of choices to satisfy anyone’s taste. The location is easy to find and has on site parking. Highly recommend this hotel.

While clean, the overall aesthetic wasnt great. Floors looked like it could use some repairs. Breakfast was mediocre.
