Tenuta Tropeano

Welcoming staff and great little Hacienda with an incredible view over the sea. The room was quiet, large and clean. The breakfast is just splendid, typical italian cakes with good dishes from the card. We loved it and we would come back!

The breakfast is delicious and location excellent! They need to add freshly squeezed orange juice.

I missed a coffee maker inside the room.

Exeptional location, with lovely and newly renovated rooms, all in a beautiful outdoor space including garden and a pool that can be used all the time! The breakfast was truly exceptional: A wide selection of options - all very tasty! Would go back there instantly!!

The location is on the hills outside of Tropea - but we knew this already in advance of booking. But the nice views and no tourists make up for it. With a car, there's aboslutely no issue, as there are great parking spaces in all of the beaches and Tropea city center.

What an absolute pleasure it was staying in Tenuta Tropeana.The breakfast was a delight and the service from the entire crew was a perfect 10.@Angelo and team, it was truly a fantastic stay in such a beautiful surrounding and wonderful house (what a view it is!!)For sure we will book again if we would visit Tropea again.

We chose this hotel because it was outside Tropea (the centre is car free) but we could either drive close or the hotel organised a taxi for us which could go right to the centre. Situated above Tropea with lovely views of the sea breakfast on the shady terrace was excellent, fruit, pastries and lots of cooked options. We also ate dinner at the hotel twice which was delicious - the aubergine parmigiana is not to be missed! Rooms were spotless and a good size. Super comfy beds. Ester, Cristina and Angelo Tropeano who own and run this hotel are amazing, they organised our days (beach club, restaurant bookings) and cooked our meals. They were always around to help and nothing was too much trouble. We even had a little breakfast box as we left early on the last morning. We loved this place and would love to come back and stay here for longer another time

Amazing little hotel with a lot of Charme. Superb service and cooking. Poolside was great, towels were provided. Looking forward to visit again.

Only the WiFi speed was rather slow in the room. Not a deal breaker on holidays but could have been if I needed to work. Thankfully cellular reception is good at the location as a workaround.

Small family run intimate boutique hotel away from the tourist hustle and yet only 8 minutes from central Tropea. Angelo and his sisters are fantastic hosts providing an expansive breakfast and all assistance necessary to find local tours, boat hire, beaches and restaurants. Pool and grounds are a welcome respite after a busy day of touring.Keep it in the family and go to La Pergola restaurant one of the best seafood restaurants in the area with its own parking and only a short walk into Tropea old town.

The most beautiful hotel set against a stunning backdrop. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed and everyone was so friendly, nothing ever felt like an inconvenience! Tenuta Tropeano really make you feel at home. The breakfast is delicious with so many options and the pool is beautiful and perfect for a lounge day.

It’s slightly further out of town than we expected but again, the staff were so accommodating helping us figure out transport, booking taxis for us and also renting bikes for us that it was never really an issue.

The property was modern with fantastic views over the sea. It was in a quite spot outside the buzz of Tropea but still within 5 minutes drive to the town centre and several beautiful beaches.

It was all perfect and the staff was amazing.

This is a little hidden gem nestled away from the main part of Tropea. The staff, especially Angelo are extremely helpful and warm. With on-site parking and pool it’s a great location without needing to leave. Recently completed rooms are very well done!

Cute place, lovely staff, super friendly, clean and contemporary rooms. Breakfast was amazing! Location is great as its away from crowds but close enough to everything. highly recommended.

The service and food was excellent, excellent, excellent! Also, bonus - as we ate breakfast looking out to the ocean we heard a horse snarl below us, it was Ginger, the owners horse. We ended up really bonding with her.

I'm not able to come up with much for this. Upon arrival I noticed that the grass was getting a little long but before we left the grounds crew came through and really got the place to sparkle.

The location is 15min away from historic centre where most of the best restaurants are located, so it meant a lot of driving back and forth. There is no restaurant at the property, though this was advertised in the amenities. The pool is quite old and a bit dated.

This family run home is the ultimate ! I would stay again and again ! The minute you arrive you feel like you are part of this wonderful family including the staff .So much love and I can’t say enough of this luxurious Place. A breakfast beyond expectations.Thank you family ! I’m will be back !

This property was absolutely beautiful. the grounds and the swimming pool were wonderful. Most importantly the staff (which is a beautiful and courteous hardworking family) make this place truly a five star experience!!!!

This B&B is on a beautiful property with gorgeous landscaping and a large pool. The rooms were modern, impeccably clean and comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! It was a lovely experience.

The B&B is a little further out of Tropea than we would have preferred. We had to take a cab to town anytime we wanted to go.

Most friendly welcome and attentive staff/family members during our stay.Well maintainted facility, nice pool, amazing view of the sea. Secure parking lot inside the facility with a code to open the gate.Modern, clean and quiet sea view room, comfortable bed. Quiet running fridge with a nice selection of fee-based drinks.The versatile breakfast on the terrace included a wide choice of everything the heart desires.All in all two perfect overnight stays.
