We liked this place a lot. The staff were wonderful—friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely kept, making it easy to relax after exploring Ribeauvillé. The hotel also offers very secure bike parking, which was a big plus for us. Overall, a great stay and one we’d happily return to.

Location right along the pedestrian area in Ribeauvillé. Lovely hotel with nice staff. Beds were very comfy, rooms were spacious with views of the village & vineyards.Very friendly & helpful staff. Parking available behind the hotel. Follow hotel directions to get to the location, as it is a bit complicated.

The location is excellent. It is quaint. Staff is friendly. And the room was clean. And a bonus, we had a great view!

    Nothing... I loved it all.

The small but very charming spa area; the historic structure and views of the hotel; the location

    Nothing really

    - lovely & attentive staff - view on the clock tower - delicious breakfast buffet (mostly sweet items but also cheese and ham) - elevator all the way to the top floor

Easy in village parking. pleasant staff, generous size room and reasonable price.

    My mattress was uncomfortable

It is an astounding location! And incredibly comfortable without loosing its old world charm.

It would be lovely to get a fried or poached egg with your breakfast, but I think it just isn't done in France.

In the middle of the town, clean, elevator was a blessing, parking on site. The personnel were nice, no language problem.

It is tough to get used to the size of a hotel room in Europe but when in Rome.....Parking on site was full. In the middle of the town, close parking could be difficult to find to unload the bags. Free parking is close enough however - once the hoards of tourists depart, overnight parking is easy.

Good location and comfortable place.Breakfast needs to be improved. Friendly staff.

    9MelissaPosted on: 10-21-2024

Perfect location and easily accessed parking. Walkable to the town's main sights. The staff spoke multiple languages and were happy to assist for any request, like providing wine glasses to enjoy the wines purchased in town.

The hotel has an amazing location in the heart of beautiful Ribeauville, right on the square next to the city hall. If you arrive by bus, it's about a ten minute walk from the bus stop. It's an historic property and my room on the third floor had these amazing old wooden beams. It's a double room, but still rather small, but worked well since I was by myself (was supposed to travel with another person when I booked). If you have a lot of luggage it might be a little tight. The bathroom is also quite small, but still worked well. Comfortable bed with good, big pillows. The view from my room was great towards the surrounding buildings and the vinyards on the hill behind. Being on the top floor and slightly away from the main part of the hotel, it was really nice and quiet. They offer free luggage storage, which is great. They also offer breakfast and SPA facilities, but I didn't try these.

My room was a little cold, and even though I put the thermostat up it didnt really get warmer. But it was quite cold outside during my stay. The bathroom was nice and warm though.

Great location, comfy room, good price

A kettle etc in the room would have been nice

    10StephenPosted on: 9-26-2024

It's a lovely, friendly place situated in the heart of a beautiful town and this was our second stay. The rooms are ideal and the breakfast is a treat. It's great to enjoy people-watching while having a drink outside. The local Alsace wines are brilliant.

a large breakfast selection with porridge, fresh fruit, sourdough bread, homemade fruit compote and moreVery nice lounge and breakfast room. Very helpfull and friendly staff.

the room was a bit overheated

    5MattiaPosted on: 8-16-2024

The location was perfect and right on the middle of the city town. But our experience was spoiled by hidden fee (extra charge for 2 person when was booked for 2 and for taxes) and the male gentleman was unfriendly when asked explanation. The rooms need an update!
