Pros +
- Breakfast (15 Euro) was excellent. Parking available at a lot close by
- In the heart of old town. Very traditional hotel and restaurant.
- 2 clean and well made rooms, good size bed, comfortable size bath rooms. Nice rose garden view. Easy parking
Cons -
- Dining room appeared open, but they didn't seem to want to offer us dinner. May have been a language problem on our end.
- Nothing significant. Few minor things- Wished the on-site restaurant was a bit affordable and had more varieties. We ended up having to look for an open restaurant in the town in rain. Breakfast was correct, but croissant and French toast were of average quality.
- We asked for a cot and after like 4 hours they didn't bring it. We asked for it again and a, not really nice, woman told us, in not a nice way, that they would take it and finally surprisingly they were all used. Also at breakfast we were seated in a different room, only us, because we were with a baby.

I liked the location on the main street. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner
Parking was not as convenient as I thought it would be
It was the highlight of our trip and so unexpected. The rooms were so comfortable and wonderful for our group of 6 traveling together. Breakfast was lovely and the town itself was just perfect.
Hotel in a historic building with lovely Christmas decorations in the quiet part of Ribeaville. Tasty breakfast, everything very clean. Small wellness area included.
1. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ribeauville town.2. The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable.3. The staff are kind and accommodating. I arrived late at night, and they waited for me to check in.
The price is quite expensive, but it's understandable given the Christmas season.
Nice location and wonderful breakfast
Cheap furniture
Location was fabulous. Right on the middle of town.
Receptionist was unhelpful and uninterested.
Nice hotel with a great restaurant in the center of the picturesque old town, we've got the Loft room, which felt more like a three rooms connected by a long corridor at the very top of the building. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were fine. The dinner at the restaurant was very good, plenty of choice and high quality food. Great selection of wines too. There is a free parking nearby the hotel, which was very convenient. There are some nice hiking routes that start around the corner from the hotel.
The shower in the room was too small and under the angled roof, there is almost no way to get washed without hitting your head several times. Spa facilities are outside, the sauna is not turned on and you have to ask the reception to turn it on for you and to wait 20 minutes.
Very good location, good value for money, clean room. The service at the reception on Friday when we arrived.
On Saturday evening we asked for a table in the restaurant and the lady was not polite at all. She seemed being rude… very surprising.
The location is perfect for a weekend trip along the Alsace wine route. There's a Blue Zone parking area right in front of the hotel, and free parking is available just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is small and charming, with a cosy atmosphere. Each of our three rooms had its own unique character, all very clean and comfortable with comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms were well-equipped, offering a fridge stocked with chargeable snacks and drinks, plus a kettle, cups, tea, and coffee. Additionally, they provided a range of amenities and essentials such as shower gel, handwash, hand cream, cotton pads, and Q-tips.The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was varied, featuring a wide selection of fresh bread, pastries, egg dishes, meats, muesli, and more. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again on our next trip through Alsace.
The only minor point to mention (which was not an issue for us, as we prefer taking the stairs) is that I didn’t notice an elevator, which could be important for guests with mobility challenges. However, the stairs are easy to manage and not steep at all. It’s possible that I simply missed it, so it might be worth checking in advance if accessibility is a concern.
seriously old building in beautiful village, the conversion to hotel was very well done
I received a phone call 1 hour before arriving, telling me, in French, that everything was closed but my key would be inside entrance. Entrance doors locked when I arrived. After several SMS messages the door was opened by a half dressed man who obviously didn't want to be disturbed. All facilities, spa, terrace etc were closed. I was not happy after driving 650kms that day, expecting a decent welcome.
Very nice place, high quality restaurant, though not the cheapest. Staff were friendly. The hot tub and sauna were a nice touch.
I would like the spa area to be open later in the evening. It is amazing to have a relaxing time after dinner and then walk to bed.
Located very nicely at the upper end of the village. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary good!
The room was not too big, it had a nice view of a small garden and the hills befind it. The location is great - at one end of the main street so you could walk the whole of it. The restaurant was also quite nice with sophisticated menu and a good chef.
Clean and spacious rooms, excellent restaurant, lovely spa.

The food in the restaurant was very good.
Not the most welcoming atmosphere at reception. Restaurant was excellent. Strange decor in bedroom (use of chipboard)good location and parking.
Charming hotel in the heart of Ribeauvillé.Friendly and helpful staff.Excellent restaurant.
Our room didn't look anything like the pictures. It was small, the furniture very basic and the bed old and uncomfortable. The spa area is only open a few hours a day, so we didn't get to use it. Disappointing as it was one of the reasons we booked the hotel in the first place.
