The room is good and the breakfast was nice

You have to tell the guest that if he didn’t come through reception time that he will find the key at specific place and try to check your messages to not miss important call for the gust

Family room has no view to the harbourfront and is noisy as the outside stairs are right in front of the window

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Staff was very efficient during checkin. The location is great - close to Reine, and the view of the harbor was lovely if you sit a certain way. The restaurant looked very nice, but we decided to eat next door at Anna Maren which was OUTSTANDING.

Room was small for the money. The hotel also seemed a bit out of place given the unbelievable and historic setting

Very small room, no space to place even some small clothes like T-Shirt or underwear. Just 2 hangers. Most expensive of our hotels in north Norway and there have been several better ones

The hotel has a good location.

The room is quite small, making it difficult to find a suitable spot for a suitcase. There's no mirror or proper wardrobe, just a small desk and a chair with a coffee table. The noise isolation is very poor, you can hear people talking or walking in the neighboring rooms.

The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. The room had an amazing view from the large windows of the water and colourful houses, just beautiful. We had an early start and didn't have breakfast however staff arranged a packed breakfast which was lovely. Staff were friendly and very helpful.Highly recommend a stay here.

It was modern and fresh with a nice elegance. The views were great from our corner room and the room was spacious and well equipped.

Breakfast could have had a wider range (like a toaster and more fruit options) but as a small hotel it was still very good.

Nice modern hotel at a beautiful location close to the end of the Lofoten islands. Excellent dinner, kind employees and nice views.

The staff was super friendly and the lay-out interior of the hotel is very nice. I loved the wine they served!

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was a bunch of hairs in the shower drain and other places in the shower.

View, restaurant, staff

Being off-season I was able to book a wonderful room on second floor with corner windows. Comfortable, quiet, lovely views. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, elevating the experience. A good restaurant downstairs and a particularly good breakfast. A real sense of pride in a lovely new hotel. Close to some good walks.

The bed in the room was infected with bedbugs.

After spending a night in the hotel's room I woke up with 3 bite marks from bedbugs and blood stains on bed sheets.

Short drive from the ferry, modern construction building overlooking the water. Very nicely appointed room and facilities. Excellent breakfast buffet in very nice surroundings.

Communication in response to questions through Booking.com could be better. Check in closed at 21:00 and our ferry didn't arrive until 00:15. We didn't know until the morning of our arrival if we were going to be able to access the room. A series of 'automated replies' didn't answer the question we'd asked. Anyway, it was 'all right on the night' and we had a very pleasant stay.

I really liked the design and furniture in the room.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay, particularly with communication. If you need any kind of information, be aware that you might face serious difficulties with this property. I reached out via Booking.com with a request, and it took more than 24 hours to receive a reply, which didn’t even come from the hotel itself. When I spoke with the front desk, they seemed completely unaware of my inquiry, which led to a lot of confusion.Even more frustrating, I’m still waiting for a response from them after about a week, and honestly, I don’t expect to receive one at this point. The lack of attention is very disappointing.Additionally, the breakfast was quite poor in terms of variety, and to make matters worse, you have to pay extra for coffee. I’ve never seen anything like this before! The overall attitude of the staff didn’t help either; they seemed far from friendly or attentive, which further impacted the experience.

The hotel is very comfortable. The room is big enough, beds are comfortable. Location in the Lofoten is perfect, short drive to many nice villages. We liked the small lounge area in the lobby, only 2 couches and 2 chairs but every night it was our place to be. Breakfast is tasty.

We loved the music they were playing in the hotel, lots of 80’s music, but it was way to loud. We asked every night if they could turn it down a bit but the waiter kept saying that it was so loud so people couldn’t hear each others conversation. That was really weird because we could hardly understand each other at the same table.

We had an amazing stay at Tide Hotel. The staff was so nice and the room was all we needed after being out in the cold. It was cosy and clean.Breakfast was everything you could ask for.We can recommend this to everyone.Thanks to the staff for having us and being so wonderful.

Great location in Sorvagen, close to walking/hiking trails and grocery stores. Lovely restaurant and bar on site. Staff very friendly.
