The extra effort by our area Manager. He actually came up to our room to show us how to work the extremely complex TV remote. The free drinks in the room, fridge, good pillows.

There are NO restaurants in the village! We could not get a menu from the dining area at the hotel, so we went to bed without dinner!

Great hotel large rooms and bathrooms. Room was very clean.

Bed was more firm then I like but overall great stay

We were greeted by a warm welcome in the lovely little town of Reichenschwand. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The bed was very comfortable, so we were able to have a good night’s sleep. Next time we will try their breakfast too.

The breakfast was pretty costly so we opted to eat in the local bakery.

Quiet and close to the cycling route

We booked a room that said it had a River view, but was instead we were given a garden view. The room was dirty behind the door with spiders webs, a smashed mosquito on the white tv frame, etc. and finally the restaurant was not open on Sunday and nothing in town was either. When you are cycling, it’s important to know that!!!!!!

Bed was very high off the floor, a nice change of pace, since everything in Germany is on the floor. Best people and atmosphere I have been to in my long traveling history, PLACE WAS A PALACE!!!!

Only thing lacking was the hotel actually closed down at 12:00 mid-night. No one there to help or to do anything with......

Great location for transit with the DOG - hotel is dog friendly and there is a lot of green space around for a walk. Room was large, bathroom modern. Breakfast very good and we could eat with the dog under the table. Very friendly staff!

The dogs are very welcome. There is very big park. Mini bar with water, juice.

Nice location close to Nüremberg with in-hotel parking. Comfortable, clean rooms with free mini bar drinks for the 1st night!

The food was surprisingly good. The location was good too to use public transport to visit surrounding towns and Nuremberg. Free car park was good too, though away from the hotel itself. The hotel was set with In lovely grounds that are well worth a walk round.

The drains smelled in the bathroom. Each time we walked into the room it smelled terrible

No dinner at Sunday evening however the lady in the reception arranged for us very good restaurant in the city nearby including taxi transfer.

Shower head pressure was too week.

Just perfect. New modern hotel, very clean, very big and comfy bed, very big bathroom. Free minibar! We will definitely come back.

TV didn't work that night and it was a pitty.
