    • Truly impeccable service from beginning to end. No words to describe how very impressed and satisfied with the hotel's services, amenities and majestic view of the Amalfi Coast. You will not be dissapointed.
    • Location is amazing, pool is mind blowing, had room service for lunch which was delicious. Had dinner at Belvedere, food was amazing, service took way too long.
    • this is a luxurious experience. the hotel has extensive public areas including large gardens and infinity pool. you feel like in a great resort but minutes walking from town center. we had a room with extraordinary terrace. we ate only one lunch on our terrace but it was something to remember. friendly and caring staff and management.

    Cons -

    • Total perfection!
    • Caruso was our final stop in the Amalfi Coast. We spent one night at the hotel and overall our experience was disappointing. When spending $3600 a night you expect the hotel and service to be mind blowing. We were given a room in the back corner of the hotel with a garden view, a nice room but nothing to rave about. We arrived to our room after exploring Ravello and noticed that we had a water leak in our bathroom. The water dripping on the marble floor made for an extremely slippery surface, I slipped and fell, no serious injuries but reported this to the hotel immediately. We were told that this would be addressed and left for dinner. Upon coming back to our room at 10pm, we arrived to find towels on the floor underneath the water leak. We called the reception and they said that there was nothing else they could do. This was not a resolution for us given that we had reported hours before with ample time to either resolve or change rooms. This is also not what you expect at this price point. We were checking out the next morning and just went to sleep. The next morning we called reception to get help with our suitcases. 10 minutes later nobody showed up and we ended up having to carry our luggage ourselves through the maze of stairs. Upon checkout the person at reception apologized for the water leak and offered us a $200 credit. The manager was unavailable and we were told that they would reach out to us, they never did. Before we came to Caruso we spent 5 nights at Le Sireneuse in Positano. The level of service, the facilities and the property blow Caruso out of the water, its not even close, not to mention we paid $3k a night for a room with an ocean view and private balcony. Overall it feels like Caruso is a big corporate hotel thats completely out of touch with what a luxury experience at the price point is meant to be. Disappointing.

Impecable service 24/7. The garden and the views are even better than the pictures show.

Caruso Belmond hotel in Ravello is beyond exceptional. Special thank you to Alessio for making our stay so wonderful and welcoming. So very thankful for the amazing room. The food and service in the restaurants was exceptional, we loved everything. Only unhappy with the sommelier at dinner where she couldn’t connect with us at all for a recommendation of a good wine. All she wanted to do was recommend €270 bottles without listening to the needs and preferences that we had. Oh well, can’t be perfect for everything. It’s a small thing but overall, we loved the hotel and staff so much. Our stay here was so special and we definitely want to come back! Highly recommend Ravello and anyone coming here to stay in Caruso Belmond. It’s beyond exceptional for us. Thank you again!

    Nothing except the sommelier!

True luxury at all levels. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff giving guests the right attention. Excellent food in all restaurants. Gourmet dinner was really really great. Top location with an extraordinary view especially from the infinity cool which was heated. Shuttle service available which is a great added value. Room very comfortable, clean and decorated with tastes.

The beverages at breakfast could be served quicker.

Every detail is amazing from food to service to the room. It is excellent, Federica from concierge is very welcoming so are the staff.

We had big room with a terrace. Everything was plan to the details. Even a sunscreen as a gift and many other small things. 10th century building with the beautiful pool, from where you can see amazing view. Breakfast, where they put all the food for us on the plate. Top service, thank you

Staying at Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast from every corner of the property left us in awe at every turn. The attention to detail in the design, the impeccable service, and the exquisite food made our stay truly exceptional. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We left feeling rejuvenated, pampered, and already planning our return trip. Thank you, Caruso, for a magical stay that exceeded all expectations!"

We’ve stayed at multiple 5 star hotels where the service has been impeccable but somehow Caruso has managed to top all of them. The location, views, and architecture are all great but what stands out is the little things they do like the small gifts with notes. They really go above and beyond and I don’t see myself staying anywhere else next time I’m in Amalfi coast.

Absolutely exceptional in every way. The staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgable, and went above and beyond to accommodate any request you might have. Our room was like a small apartment with a private terrace, sitting area, palatial bathroom with soaking tub. Small things like plenty of closet and dresser storage to unpack for 5 days and make the place feel like home. The patio and views were like a postcard. As this visit was for our honeymoon they had arranged a special table with treats and champagne for our first night, including flowers on our bed as part of turn down service. I've stayed at many high end properties and this was the best one I've ever been to. The gardens around the outdoor lunch area and next to the pool were beautiful. The infinity pool was heated and we were thrilled to be able to enjoy that even on a few days that weren't particularly hot. All of the food from breakfast to lunch, to the bar, and the high end restaurant were fantastic. They helped arrange transportation for all of the local activities we wanted to do, all of our drivers were fantastic and shared details about the area - I feel like we learned a ton from chatting with them. It was a fantastic experience for our entire visit. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

    Nothing. It was great.

It’s a Belmond, not much to not like. Superb property in an absolutely stunning Amalfi location. Staff, rooms, and food were wonderful, special thanks to Armando and Marco for making a great stay into an amazing one. …Armando, baby Isla ate all the blue buffalo and olives you gave us even before we left Italy!

An amazing hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and served in a room with an amazing view. Dinner in the Belvedere Restaurant was wonderful and drinks in the bar listening to live music was a great end to the day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The Amalfi Coast area is beautiful, but pretty congested with traffic and crowds. The Belmond Caruso and the town of Ravello were a picturesque and peaceful oasis.

Picturesque and simply magical! Staff is impeccable in every way and make you feel as if you are the only ones on the property! The reason we will return is because of the service and detail from the staff! Absolutely extraordinary!

We were not prepared for young children and typically do not expect to see children under 12 at a property of this caliper. Many babies.

    8MichalPosted on: 8-4-2023

Beaurifuly located. Demanding but beautiful scenery for the morning run. Friendly staff and a very helpful manager. The fine dining restaurant was very good. The wine selection was excelent.

The dishes from the night menu available through room service were rather poor. The wine selection available through the night service was quite limited compared to the restaurant wine list

The rromn was very spacious with a stunning view of the coast. The staff could not possibly have been more genuinely friendly and attentive. I honestly thought they must have mistook us for movie stars to have received the VIP treatment we experienced!

    8SimonPosted on: 4-9-2023

the Staff were superb particularly the Concierge staff and in the bar. lovely room and facilities

the food service at dinner was extremely slow, not always correct, and rarely warm which you expect for this amount of money

    10승재Posted on: 11-4-2022

Caruso had amazing views, amazing staffs, and it was more like a small beautiful village than a hotel. I will definitely visit again.

    10JossPosted on: 10-17-2022

This is without doubt one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in, the service was absolutely incredible. Not a single detail was missed by staff during our stay; Ariana, Pascale and Iolanda were all so attentive and kind to us during our honeymoon here. Everything about this day was exceptional, I can't find fault.

There's absolutely nothing I would change
