Villa Piedimonte

Great staff. Shuttle to piazza. Excellent breakfast. Incredible views.

Location was very central to the main square. There was also a free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes. Staff was very nice and views were great! Would highly recommend.

The views were amazing. Also the large amount of Orange blossoms/flowers blooming during our stay made every breath an experience itself. Felt like staying in paradise.

All around really great place, the location is a little beneath Ravello center, so walking up/down can be tough. The free breakfast is also pretty basic. They do offer a free shuttle near the town square.

The communication is not great. The gate entrance is not clear even we asked before heading to the hotel, the address is personal private parking garage, we asked several locals, finally find the gate. It's very difficult to drive on the single track with two way traffic.The shuttle bus is not as expected, the front desk is not checking the reservation list for shuttle bus, and told us to show up at 9 o'clock, then they find someone else that was already had reservation, then looking for shuttle bus driver for at least 20 minutes. We asked for our 2 room nearby, but we have to take elevator to go to each other's room. The elevator floor button is not match to the room number, very confusing.

We had a fantastic view from our room at the Villa Piedmonte overlooking the mountains, ocean and the town of Minori. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the town square of Ravello, they also offered a complimentary private car service to and from the town square entrance which was big bonus, they provide an excellent breakfast featuring a wide variety of hot foods, fresh fruit, Italian meats, cheeses, juices, bread and pastries. The staff was fantastic, they are very attentive to their guests, I would highly recommend the Villa Piedimonte if you are planning to stay in Ravello.

Liked everything about our stay.

The view was breathtaking and the room was really nice. We had really good breakfast as well during our stay there. Definitely worth staying here.

The drive up to Ravello was definitely interesting, the roads were narrow and winding. If you have motion sickness, you may want to reconsider staying here.

The room was large, clean, quiet and decorated nicely. Bathroom was quite large. Property provided shuttle service into the centre of town and staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet provided a nice selection and the wait staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate special requests!

Requested a room with two beds and was given an "upgrade" which turned out to be a bed and a pullout couch for the second bed. This made the living room area completely unusable and the pullout was not comfortable at all for someone with a bad back.

Great views from the room and the pool area. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty options like scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, assorted pastries, fresh squeezed juices, yogurt, etc.

It's a bit of a walk to the town square (we counted 182 stairs), but it's good exercise and there's a free shuttle from the hotel any time you like. Most of the restaurants and shops are just off the square. There's really nothing right near the hotel.

we had a nice view from the room

you do not get a luxury feeling despite paying 360 euro. you feel it in the lay-out, the furniture, and even the room snacks which are simple and not appealing. we booked a "sea view room on booking' though it took us some hassle to get the room, as a suite with seaview was tranlsted into latteral seaview. Not okay and i do not want to read the small letters when i book We were told we could pay for an upgrade though. not a great experience in that sense

Secure location, good views, and complimentary shuttle to square.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, Wifi did not connect in our room, quality of food was poor and coffee was not included in breakfast - additional charge on top of paying for breakfast.Pool was nice however, towels weren’t regularly collected from previous guests, no intuitive way of knowing where to obtain a fresh towel from. Pool staff need to be present to serve and keep pool area tidy.

Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of options and great views. Rooms were clean and pool had an amazing view. Had no issues at all during our stay. Staff extremely helpful.

Rooms were spacious, colorful and overlooked the sea.

The only thing we didn’t like was the minimal amount of alcohol in our expensive drinks. Everything else was perfect!

The staff are all excellent and very helpful. The views are amazing. The beds were comfortable. Our only issue was our downstairs bathroom seemed a bit damp with a musty odor likely due to lack of ventilation/windows. We kept the door closed so the rest of the room wasnt affected. We came for the views and certainly got what we wanted in that aspect.

It’s in an excellent, attractive location and they offer a courtesy bus service to get you up to the town ( short walk, but a bit steep) if you’d like to sightsee. The facilities are of the standard that you’d expect for this type of hotel. The breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice. Alexandra was charming and welcoming. She was extremely helpful and even provided an umbrella because rain was threatened and we were planning a trip into the centre to have a look round the Duomo.
