Hotel Villa Fraulo

Beautiful old building in the center of town... great location, near restaurants & shopping.

Poorly managed facility. Bathtub slippery & difficult to enter & exit because of high sides. Air conditionier had to be controlled by front desk. Poor restaurant.

Location is beautiful! The staff were super amazing!! The driver for the airport Alessandro was also above and beyond. The views and location were spectacular!

Nothing ! Everything was just perfect. Loved all of the very helpful and kind staff! And this hotel was spotless. The cleaning staff work so hard to make your room spotless.

The ocean view from our room was magical! The chef was outstanding! The staff were professional, warm and welcoming. The room was exceptional.

The staff is very attentive to your needs. We have stayed at the Hotel a few times. Best recommendation is we would continue to return. Location is wonderful as the bus stop is close by, Piazza is just around the corner and offer parking.

Room was quite noisy, backed by a road and on first floor so heard a lot of noise very early in the morning.

Staff were so friendly and even offered to upgrade us when they found out it was our honeymoon. Really central location and stunning reception area

Amazing location overlooking the coast, but opening out directly into Ravello on the other side. Best of both worlds. Terrace to enjoy drinks and meal (when warm enough - not quite in April when we went). Big comfortable rooms and huge bath!

the breakfast was perfect however we were not happy for the dinner. For that price, the quality was not as we expected. The location was very good. We had heating problem, the rooms were cold. This hotel is very good for warmer season. In total we were happy.

Luxury and comfortable. Great location

Very small and very expensive (35Euro/day) parking. I consider it is too expensive for an outdoor parking. The price of the hotel room should include the parking.

They did not honor their policy I gave them plenty of time when I canceled my reservation and rescheduled it for a later date they approved it a few days before arriving I reached out to confirm to find out that they said that they never approved it nevertheless they said that there's a connecting building that we can stay in when we arrive there the inside of the building was filthier than the street outside I said I want a refund just so happened that there was a cancellation and it was a horrible experience and I will never set foot on that property again and don't be fooled by the pool it's small and it was freezing.

Location in Ravello is perfect.Bar staff and the views from the bar/restaurant terrace help make a perfect evening.

Booking in was a little strange, but we were informed that reception was in the middle of a location change.Some signage for directions to key areas would help, lifts etc.

Amazing location, right next to the bus stop and in the city center. The view was one time and you cannot get enough of it. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Great breakfast with a lot of variety!

The restaurant balcony was not as expected. It was not clean and the quality did not match the rates of the menu. It looks like it has great potential but it was a bit disappointing and I wouldn't recommend eating there.

There was no customer service at all. On day one and day two we asked for a new teapot as ours was very dirty and we could not use it. We never got one.The wifi was spotty.When they came to clean the room, they did not clean the floor and they did not clean the bathtub and they put our clean towels in the bidet (disgusting). The bathtub had black mold growing on itThe safe did not work and they said they would send someone up in 10 minutes and they never came. We went down the next day and the person walked upstairs with me to fix it.You could only control the air conditioning from the front desk. I was not able to control it myself in my room. We asked them to turn the air-conditioning down, but when we returned from dinner, they had turned it back up again.On the day that I was to fly back home to the states, there was no hot water to take a bath or a shower. I called down to the front desk and was told that he was the night manager, and there was nothing he could do about it..On our first night there we were very hungry and we went to the restaurant and no one ever came out to wait on us. We went to the front desk and told them and they did not think that that could’ve happened. Insinuating that it was a fault of ours. It was really not a good stay at all. We would very much appreciate a refund of some sort.
