Super helpful staff. Even the police (station located nearby) lends a helping hand. If you're a fan of the golden age Italian style, this hotel is for you

We were upgraded to a sea view, which was such a nice surprise — the view was absolutely beautiful. The hotel offers a nice breakfast, and we also had dinner there one night — it was very good! The location is super walkable, and we especially loved the fountain right out front where we could refill our water bottles. Reception was very nice and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was the pool area — it was quite small and very crowded, so we didn’t end up using it. It also doesn’t get much sun in the afternoon. That said, the sea is just a short walk away, so it wasn’t a big issue!

Maybe just as it's off season there's not much options for dinner and buses from Ravello to Amalfi are not too often

A lovely comfortable hotel in a quiet location only a 5 minute walk from the main square. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. I would have given 10 out of ten but dropped one point because there were Internet issues for most of our stay. This did eventually get resolved.

This hotel is tucked away in a peaceful corner of Ravello with the most breathtaking views I saw from anywhere on the Amalfi coast. It has lots of opulent, Italian character, a gorgeous roof terrace, and a small but not overcrowded pool area. The staff are professional and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. I can't express how stunning the location is for Hotel Bonadies, we felt very lucky to stay somewhere like this and hope to go back again one day!

The location and view of the hotel is stunning! The breakfast and pool is really nice to have. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely property, short walk to town with amazing views. We enjoyed the yummy breakfast and the staff were accomodating.

The view from the balcony was incredible looking down through Ravello and the hill. The wine was also spot on.

The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower was very slow to run.

Loved our stay here! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing on a hot day (with an incredible view!!), the breakfast was delicious and the staff were so helpful every time we asked for help or advice.

Nothing against the hotel but a heads up that Ravello is very expensive (incredibly beautiful, but expensive to eat out & shop)

The view was amazing and the reception staff for check in and out were great

The bed was extremely uncomfortable which resulted in a 2 night stay with minimal sleep which in turn effected our holiday mood.The hotel itself was noisey where you can hear tables and chairs and doors being moved constantly. The room itself was tired and outdated, the shower door needs replacing etc.A drink was also knocked over me by a member of staff. Although it was replaced, I received no apology.

There is no shuttle service to town where all the restaurants and shopping are. Remote location. 25 to 30 euro to go 300 meters a 5th of a mile. Insane. You have to really make your return taxi plans ahead and confirm. To get from Ravello to Sorrento 200 euro and we held our breath. We were turned down by multiple private taxi services because of the location. The hotel restaurant closes on Thursday and doesn't post a sign or advise guest. So you're on your own and have to walk into town for your dinner.

Pool is right by the street - this wasn’t shown properly on pictures. Extremely loud and not really a place to relax.

Stayed here a few times over the years. Great location with beautiful views. Breakfast used to be limited but must say has improved greatly and can't fault it.
