It was a nice State in Avilés. Great location in a beautiful area and comfortable hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room had a separated bed so it wasn’t very good to sleep but in general it was comfortable

Misleading pictures and bad and unhealthy hotel conditions.

The neighborhood is incredibly rough, and the property itself is in a state of disrepair. It bears little resemblance to the pictures showcased on the website, which painted a much more appealing picture. Upon entering, I was immediately hit by a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of mold and chemicals that filled the air. The environment felt so unhealthy that I could only endure being inside for a minute before it triggered an asthma attack due to the poor air quality. When I attempted to cancel my stay, I was met with resistance, and they refused to refund my money, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Great location. Nice to have a cafe and restaurant attached. Staff was great.

At the time of my checkin (1400 hours) parking was full, I was told there would be no openings until 1700, had to pay 14 euros for private parming

Right in the city center with everything close by.Parking is also quite close and with spacious lots, even for big SUVs.

More thick and light-blocking curtains would be appreciated.

No kettle in the room, the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone and getting to the hotel by car with luggage can be slightly problematic.

staff was always available and very helpful. the hotel is as central as possible: 50 meters away from Plaza Espana. It is located in pedestrian area, but taxi brought me to the front door.

I expected there to be a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Also a bottle of water. At breakfast there could be other options besides sandwiches and croissants

Very centrally located, right in the heart of town, large, quiet rooms with all the basics. Comfortable bed, large, updated bathroom. Although it is over 50 years old is well maintained, very clean, friendly staff, with a cafeteria and and a restaurant in the premises.

The TV us very small without access to livestream, on-demand services.

The place is absolutely amazing ? ? Very clean, spectacular location and amazing staff.

The room was huge and even had a couch. The air con was a blessing. It drowned out any noise below

Some of hotel’s staff are not easy to manage. They would need some training how to treat the clients. They are thinking that they are the hotel’s owners. I will not visit this hotel longer.The property should be upgraded in their rooms. The tv is so small and the wiry system for Apple devices are very complicate to operate these ones.

Location, stuff and rooms were absolutely perfect! Not sure if we were luck to get some sort of upgrade, but this time it was one of those rare situations when hotel rooms have exceeded our expectations. We got two rooms, on the top floor with balconies on the roof, from where we could see the whole historic center!Sofas, pillows were great! AC worked just fine.Whilst hotel doesn't have its own parking, in the Pl. Espana (~80m) a huge multi-level underground parking, with pretty good clearance (family mini-van fits ok).
