- Very helpful owner Javi, told us all we needed to know about area, easy to find, large room .very clean. Easy to park car, quiet neighbourhood, good bar and cafe opposite, family owned. Only downsi5 was that breakfast offered was poor only coffee cake or toast . A bit disappointing.
- The location was perfect for us, turning off from the Camino Norte and cutting south toward Primitivo while avoiding the urban corridor west of Aviles. Javi was very friendly at the reception. A sumptuous parilla restaurant is just across the street, exactly what we needed after 25km of walking.
- The owner was very nice and friendly, the place was clean, we had lovely stay.
