Comfortable hotel with good air conditioning and a nice breakfast

A bit of the Camino Norte and away from the Central area of town, for those who are traveling as pilgrims.

This hotel is a good base if you’re looking for something budget-friendly and well located. The facilities are a bit outdated and the cleanliness could be improved – the floor was quite dusty. However, considering the price, the overall value is fair. A nice bonus is the free underground bicycle parking, which is spacious and secure. You also receive a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, which is a nice touch. One downside is that there are no coffee or tea-making facilities in the room.

Very central location,beds and pillows very clean and soft

Underground parking was a nightmare , badly signed , extremely tight we scraped our car trying to manoeuvre around it , personally I would save yourself 10euros and park in the street

Were given room as requested. Large room with two opening windows, light and airy. Large bathroom with bath, bright lighting and bidet. More than adequate bench tops in both rooms, free water bottle in fridge. Comfortable beds, quite area. Two lifts. Friendly man at reception. Good value hotel, better than most that are much dearer, would recommend.

A little out of the way for Camino walkers but not really a problem as downtown was quite close.

Breakfast was excellent and room was clean.Hotel was located about 10 minutes from the old town.

Room was small and to get into our wardrobe we had to move bedside cabinet.Parking was in nearby public car park at 10 Euros per day.

Met on arrival at the airport, unlike past experiences‼️It was late at night and I was greeted by a lovely girl at reception with warmth and kindness. Every comfort in my room and a good breakfast next morning.

Clean rooms and good choice for breakfast.

Someone had been smoking in room and you could smell stale tobacco.

Extremely expensive for what it has to offer in Aviles. Brekfast was not even included for a room price of 160 euro… this is extremely expensive for what it has to offer and it this region.

Why have only one bottle of water for two people?

The receptionist spent 15 minutes finding me somewhere to buy inner tubes for my bike and was exceptional. Close to lots of restaurants. Underground garage very useful for bicycle.

Everything room was comfortable and big, beds very comfortable, easy walk to town centre and we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again

As I was working from the room on video. The maids made such loud bangs and noise in the hallways and room next door. I could hear them through my headphones while in meetings for work. Other than the very loud banging cleaning. Lovely stay

Very clean room, friendly staff

Dining room was small. We went for breakfast at 0810 and they couldn’t fit us in for 20-30 mins, so we left and ate elsewhere.

Breakfast was adequate - not quite the range of hot food as in similar hotels. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. On street parking available at low cost.

Some public areas could use updating and carpets hoovering a little more frequently. A menu for the Gastrobar would also be useful.Our car (medium SUV) wouldn’t fit in the hotel subterranean parking.

actually this hotel is good ! small and good people working inside ! but this hotel is good if price 45/50 euros max ! but not 65euros !

hope to have more good quality of pillows ! and TV must be supported with WIFI to wach something on youtube or listening some songs !

Great location for Camino Norte. Staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast at 0700 so could start walking at 0730

General area a bit run down, tower blocks etc

It was OK. Clean but in kinda an awkward place. Close to services.

Cramped hallways. Took awhile for the hit water to reach the shower and sink. Wasted water waiting.
