Location, comfort, value, attention to detail, the pool, and the professional staff.

Not a complaint…but I would prefer a walkin shower. At my age I don’t enjoy stepping over a high tub.

The location is beautiful, at the heart of the city, merged with a nice small park. It has an exceptional atmosphere.

Noisy air-condition, bath tube shower instead of the corner.

The location couldn’t be better, service was friendly and always available . Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, beds comfortable. The view of the sea snd islands from the balcony perfect! The hotel is adjacent to a sweet, small park which was perfect for our dog ?

It is a lovely hotel in a great position on the waterfront. The room was very nicely fitted. The breakfast was first class.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, even if you're staying for multiple days—you'll always find something new to try. Since I'm quite selective about what I eat, I have to give them credit for offering something for everyone.The location couldn't be better. You're right in the heart of the old town, with excellent parking and just a few minutes walk from the city St Ivan beach.One thing I particularly appreciate is when the actual room exceeds the photos. In this case, the room was even better than expected, especially with the amazing view. The fact that people stop to take pictures in front of the hotel says a lot about its appearance.I've stayed in many high-end hotels, and the personalized touch really sets this one apart. You truly feel that the staff is dedicated to making your stay special. If my travels ever take me back to Rab, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

A stunning location with a great view from the room over the end of the harbour and the Velebit mountains. Very friendly and professional personnel. Great breakfast in a beautiful park setting.

The interior fittings are a bit tired - e.g. the bathroom shower window doesn't keep water off the floor. The sofa bed is uncomfortable / cheap design. The restaurant in the historic park would be more pleasant if there wasn't cheesy piped music everywhere.

One of the staff members at the reception was called Ivana. Very rude. She almost kicked me out of the parking. Did not even listen to my explanation. Hotels should provide at least a loading and unloading bay for guests.

Stunning location overlooking the adriatic. Large rooms. Beautiful terrace overlooking the grounds of an adjacent monastery. Outstanding breakfast. Friendly attentive service.

for this price - old furniture, poor breakfast, no ventilators in the garden when too hot, pool area - improvisation and in the shade, so you cannot get any sun....

Great location for exploring the island by sea or land. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts and dinners are very tasty and varied. Paid private parking next to the hotel. Beautiful pool. Quiet place, even the hotel is in the center of Rab.I will definitely return to this hotel.

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the room was beautiful. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean, perfectly located. We enjoyed the stay at Arbiana Hotel and surely would love to come back again.

Very excellent location and property was very charming and nice.

Some things the hotel management had implemented seemed pretty, cheap, and negatively affected my stay. For a hotel of this quality and price this should not have occured. The air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave was limited to 22 at night and 23 in the day. This I guess was to save money. But to me 23 is not air conditioned. This is a hot room. When I requested to have the limiter lowered the lowest they would go to is 20. Again, this is borderline warm. This is the first air conditioned hotel of this caliber that behaved in this manner. It seemed cheap to me. There was a lack of towels. With a property pool, towels should be readily available. We were only given two small ones for the room and no pool towels were easily noticeable. I requested more towels from housekeeping but received none. Again. Seems to be the hotel simply being cheap, which as a guest I should not feel that way. Lastly, service at the pool was non existent and it was difficult to get anyones attention even at the lounge area. I saw many people walk off after not being served. And dirty glasses sat by the pool all day and all night. Great hotel, just needs a bit of a realignment.
