Location and staff were good

No AC. Brutal. Changed rooms but barely tolerable. Hotel has not invested in infrastructure. Lobby was a bit like a circus because it’s a big open space with kids constantly running around. Like being at the airport…

Bathroom dont have shower, too small,lift too old and got stuck, which we never use it....

Location is outstanding, swimming pool and sauna ( didn’t use it but it was there)

Not clean , loads of carpets ( are those clean?) , add to ask the reception to clean my shower tube as there was residues from previous guests. The cleaning products used aren’t good. The toilet seat was not properly clean , the cleaning person just used a wet cloth to cleaning again. The breakfast bacon was terribly greasy and not cooked , the fried eggs were over clocked and cold.

The parking lot was way to far from the hotel and you had to pay extra for it

Perfectly met expectations! Great location, very helpful and nice staff, and rooms with AC is a must! We had to catch an early ferry and staff very generously made us to go lunches because we couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast buffet.

Parking is $15 euros a day… and it gets really busy at night and if you come back late you’re not guaranteed a spot

Not valid for the price

It is not made for invalid and older persons, the elevator is only for 2 person, the pool don’t have stairs or something to climb and hold. Not ok for older guests. The hotel is very old and old fashioned and there was a larva under the blanket. The breakfast was ok. The staff was kind. It is not valid for this money. We will come again but not in this hotel.

Good selection but cooked food greasy. Poor quality fruit juices.

Waitresses a little too attentive. They took cups and plates before you had finished. They seemed unaware of who was sitting where and cleared the table of half eaten food whilst you fetched another coffee

Great location in Rab Town. The hotel is simple but does the job for the most part. Beds were fine, bathrooms seem to be updated recently but still water gets in the floor. The staff were really helpful.

If you’re a light sleeper then the noise of the lift will most likely bother you. Also, street noise. Probably worth paying a little more for the sea view and ask to be in a room away from the lift. The hotel is huge with no frills, but if all you are wanting is a room in a good location then this hotel is good for this.

Simple room with decent bed and bathroom. The location is great if wanting to be based in Rab town. It’s a few minutes walk to the ferry to Rijeka. Staff were really helpful.

Lift noise - for light sleepers this would be an issue. Pay more for sea view room and ask to be away from the lift.The in house masssge is weird and not at all what I was hoping for. Would not get another massage there if I stayed again.

Simple room with decent beds. Great location in Rab town. The sea view room is nice and is quieter than the city view rooms (I stayed in both). The hotel is huge so would depend on where your room is but out the front of my room was just the tour boats so there was no noise from them. I’d say this would be true for most rooms. Bathroom was fine but you did need to be careful that water didn’t go on the floor when showering. Staff were helpful and remembered me between stays.

Lift noise is you’re a light sleeper - get a sea view room as far as possible from the lift. The massage in-house was very strange (but cheap). I definitely didn’t get the type of massage I had asked for and the music in the room was not relaxing (radio songs and people chatting occasionally ) plus the man was humming along to the songs while massaging me.Be aware this hotel is huge and is most likely a tour group hotel at times.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Martha and reception. Thank you for our upgrade to sea view room too. It was a beautiful view in the mornings.

Bathrooms need a little work and aircon needs recharging to be cooler

Reception was excellent! Especially Martina who went out of her way to help with local excursions. Nice breakfast. Pool looked cool.

Bed was a tad bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location in middle of old town, good breakfast and room price, lovely staff. Nice view from our room across the port. Comfortable beds and quiet modern room.

Could do with a little renovation here and there. Nothing serious.

Location and room view fantastic

Needs a complete renovation, old beds, old carpeted floors, no refrigerator no kettle, car park far walk. We loved the island but rooms need improvement.

Just the location

The rooms need housekeeping, shower head holder was broken, carpets are dirty, fittings are old, table was broken. No fridge, no Coffee and no water.

Great location, very nice facilities good breakfast buffet.

Bathroom needed repairs like a broken shower wand and leaky toilet(which were done)

Location, and that's about it.

None of the rooms has a fridge, a balcony or space to dry out the beach towels and swimming suits, no options for waste recycling. Toilet tank leaking and reported. It wasn't fixed during our 9 day stay.Aren't we living in climate change, resource and water scarcity?

it’s in the center of RAB city everything you can walk to good restaurants bars and more

only couple parking spots in front of the hotel in the high season good luck to park your car because also the public parking lots near the hotel are packed

The air conditioning was very poor, we had it turned on as high as it would go but all we got was a lot of noise and no cold air. Didn’t sleep one night
