Pros +
- The pool is the best part of this hotel. The hotel is beautiful. It has access to the sea. Staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant was able to make special food for my picky eaters. It is close to a store, fruit stand, other restaurants and a pharmacy. Cleaning staff were great. Staff let our family eat breakfast early on our leave day which was so kind when you have kids. The breakfast had options that satisfied our entire family.
- This place is beautiful!! Rooms very well decorated, outdoor facilities were wonderful. Very near train station. In-house dining was good and lovely Al fresco experience on the terrace.
- This was an exceptional property that delivered on everything they promised. The rooms were beautiful the linens on the bed were stunning and the pool and seaside views were breathtaking.
Cons -
- We had to book 2 rooms based on our family size and the 2nd room often smelled like sewer. We weren’t sure why and airing it out didn’t seem to help. They also had pool maintenance that they didn’t inform us about which took away half a day of pool time from our trip. It would have been nice to be aware of it prior so we could have planned our day better.
- There are very few businesses in town. No stores/restaurants nearby. I had a small hiccup with laundry I tried to have done. They refunded charges, so not a big deal.
- I have no notes this is clearly a loved and well taken care of property.

My recent stay at Villa Margherita in Quercianella was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by the reception staff, whose attentiveness made check-in a breeze. The waiting staff throughout my stay were equally friendly and professional, always ensuring I felt well taken care of.A special mention goes to Isabella, whose warm and welcoming nature truly stood out. Her hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. The pool area was fantastic—immaculately maintained, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax under the Tuscan sun. The food was another highlight: delicious, beautifully presented, and reflective of the region’s rich culinary traditions.Lastly, the location of the hotel was simply exceptional—nestled in a stunning part of Tuscany with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that invites total relaxation.A truly unforgettable stay. I look forward to returning.
Breakfast was very good Pastries were wonderful especially apricot coronets and warm rice pudding pie Yum! Cappuccino each day was perfect
Very little I loved that the senior owners were onsite and it felt multi generational friendly
Bad
The hotel was under renovation, and it was a mess when we arrived. They should have mentioned this on booking profile, so client understands it while booking. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the reservation once I got there. Moreover, they have not returned my money.
We found Villa easily. Check-in was super easy despite arriving at night. The room was beautiful with sea views. The cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings is greatThe best thing, without a doubt, apart from the friendliness of the staff and the location, was the restaurant. The food is excellent. My favourite dish was "pasta vongole".We hope to return soon and enjoy the pool and access to the sea.
Beautiful villa, although after we booked not came through that it was under construction due to getting ready for summer it was great . We were only guest's in the hotel family welcomed us with open arms. Food was amazing and we had great company.
The views and room were amazing
The air vent in the room awoke me at 1am sounds like something out of the movie the Grudge so much so I felt the need to take a sound recording
Friendly staff.By the sea.Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good, especially the pasta of the sea dishes.
Beds very uncomfortable.Outside needs renovation.A/C controlled and set up for us from the reception desk.
The view, the restaurant and the staff
Great facilities, clean and a fab location
Lovely location, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.
Adorable 'old-school' Italian classic hotel. Sensational location, terraced lay-out a design triumph. Friendly, gentle, charming yet efficient & accurate service across all areas. Menu accordingly priced - the sea bream a highlight, as fresh and as accurately cooked as you'd find anywhere on the culinary spectrum...unimprovable!
The pool area is beautiful and location is great. Staff very friendly and dinner excellent
The hotel would benefit from a pool bar service for drinks and snacks. Our room was very small.
View, room, swiming pool, delicious food
Nothing, everything was perfect
Great location with seeview and great swimming pool area. Friendly Staff.
Hotel needs renovation. Room very small for 4 people.
A magnificent Hotel ! Very clean, stylish, luxurious. The owner and the designer - result is excellent. The staff is good-natured, attentive, beautiful womens! Bravo! Breakfast, dinner with see on the sea is great. Swimming pool, park area, parking - excellent. Air condition - Not noisy and efficient. This is the hotel where I will return happily. THANKS FOR TEAM!!!!
Nothing!
Nice beachfront hotel with beautiful view of the ocean from the restaurant and poil area. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice staff
Could be better kept. The toilet was broken, the shower was very small and it was overall pretty old/uncomfortable.
Breakfast was amazing, specially the pancake production device
The shower pipe in the shower popped out of its socket because it was out of order.
