Everything it was perfect, service, food and the room

Does have so much food options, they offer albanian traditional food but not enough options to choose from

We were here 2 years ago, now it's even better. Pool area is big with lot of sun umbrellas, deskchairs, with silence and forest view. It was clean. Breakfast is good, with lot of fruits and sweets, however it could be more savory dishes. Comfortable and nice beds. Parking in garage or in front of hotel, both secure and safe. Warm and welcoming staff, both at reception and in restaurant. Restaurant with traditional food had great food and staff.

Lamps weren't working in our room.

I absolutely loved my stay at Olivia's Hill. The room was cozy and had a cute balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away — perfect for sunny days. One of the highlights was the delicious traditional Albanian food they served. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the whole experience feel special. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy both comfort and culture!

We did enjoy our stay in max. The most relaxing atmosphere surrounding by woods and pool. Staff were great as well.

I loved how spacious and clean the room was. With a lovely balcony with a nice view. Perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very family friendly and the staff are super kind and lovley.

Everything. We loved this place so much that we came back for a second time. The staff are wonderful and the hospitality is 10/10.We were looked after so well and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It is wonderfully clean, the pool is fabulous as is the children's play area. Breakfast with the home made cakes and cookies was delicious and plentiful.Can't recommend this place enough and will be back again!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, super clean and great outdoor area. Loved the breakfast with the local produce and home made cakes! Great coffee and wonderful service. It was like home from home and hope to come back again soon! Thank you everyone for your welcome and all your help.

We really enjoyed our time in the hotel, it was one of the best hotel that we stayed. We enjoyed the breakfast. There were a lot of options. Our room was really clean. They really take care of cleaning in general in the property.The staff was very friendly. We had some good moments in the pool. The hotel is close to the beach and local people are really friendly. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hospitality was great right from the first day we arrived. The staff treated us like family, not letting us have the feel that we are far away from home.Proximity to nature is perfect, and it's just 6 minutes' walk from the beachside .The facility is amazing, I can go on and on as regards the review, but what I can assure you is that a visit to Olivias will complete your trip to Durres Albania. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The price was very reasonable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Watching the sunset from my room was truly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay by the beach!

Breakfast was cold and unappealing. Water was chargeable. And the rooms needed a little extra care to fix broken things.

It was definitely well kept the grass was cut and all green the decorations were beautiful, the pool looked amazing the kids had so much fun, I loved the little cats everywhere. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The receptionist I believe Elizabeth? Was very nice and she made us laugh! All the staff was incredibly respectful. My FAVORITE part was that they provide big blankets!!!!! I hate those thin covers every hotel has, they provided a nice thick blanket which had me fast asleep in the blink of an eye!!! They also serve the best fresh squeezed orange juice I have ever tasted!

When we got to our room there was hair on the bed which kind of icked us out a little, for dinner everything my wife asked to order they weren’t serving those items because they didn’t have them available which was upsetting, we had to drive into the city for food. My wife waited at the receptionist desk for 1 hour because she needed another card to get into her sisters room because they locked themselves out and no one came even tho she rang the bell. At 9:30 when my wife got to the breakfast bar, there was little to no food left for breakfast and breakfast doesn’t end till 11. They didn’t refill their breakfast for those who were waking up later than others.

staff amazing and veey friendly and helpful gave us a later check out as had a late flight, lovely and clean nice food, rose cleaned every day.

Very friendly personnel at the reception.The rooms are nice and look recently renovated. Well lit room with nice beds. On arrival, the bed was nicely decorated with roses for us, they really did an extra effort.Free parking is included and the car is securely stored away from the road. Very good cocktails at the bar. The pool is very big and has no closing times. As the weather did not cooperate, we unfortunately did not use it. The pool also has a shallow kid section.The hotel is close to the beach, however the highway is in between, so you need to use a pedestrian bridge to cross it. This is only a short walk away. Overall we had a good stay. Thank you!

The restaurant experience was not great, after receiving the menu and making our choices, they had to tell us that at least 2 of those options were not available anymore. It would have been preferred to know this in advance. Then, our dishes (only two) were served 5 minutes apart, while the restaurant was not crowded at all.The wild cat that sneaked into the restaurant was not removed for 15 minutes, even after jumping onto one of the empty chairs, begging for food, and then almost pulling the table cloth off the table with everything on it. Only then it was put outside. Very good cocktails though.

Olivia's Hill Resort exceeded my expectations! I loved everything about it—the modern, stylish vibe, the beautiful nature all around, and the rooftop with an incredible sunset view. The breakfast was so good and had tons of options. But the best part? The super friendly staff... and the cute cats! I’m already looking forward to my next stay.
