Breakfast was exceptional. All the workers were so kind

Did not get daily maid service. One bedroom was not made up, had to make our own bed and did not have pillow covers

Very nice boutique hotel with amazing breakfast , at a nice location . This is the second time we stay at this location , both time in the fall season . Parking and breakfast are included . We rented an apartment with kitchenette .In the restaurant, you have access to coffee, water and tea all day long .The location is easy to access from highway.There is public transport very close , restaurants , groceries stores . The hotel is on a bike path with amazing views. The design inside and outside is very carefully thought out. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer any question. Thank you !

Excellent breakfast and breakfast staff, top quality of material and equipment

Absolutely picturesque, there was a light dusting of snow and felt like we were in a magical land. The check in and out was simple, they even brought our luggage to our room so we could head back to Salzburg before dark. Beds were comfortable, room clean..And the food…the breakfast spread had an insane amount of options and everything was fresh and perfect. Wonderful coming back after a long day to a cup of hot tea. We left an iPad in the room and they quickly called us which gave us time to go back and get it before the next train. We also loved that it was removed from town and quiet but easily accessible by bus

The breakfast was the best part. The eggs were fresh and not a box mix. The croissants were fresh and flaky. The cappuccino was acceptable. But the espresso was not good. Regardless, it was an excellent breakfast even though there was no yogurt. The bread looked good and there was even a toaster and the bacon was crispy so I was very happy with it.The bed was comfortable and the apt was nice and spacious enough.The location was about a 20 minute drive from the center of Salzburg and that was perfect for us.If you have an electric car, they also have a charging station for 2 cars. There are plenty of spots to park in as well.

The main reasons why I deducted 4 points are these:The listing states that there is an elevator. This is true. HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT GO TO THE APARTMENT!!!!This is extremely misleading!We would never have selected this hotel otherwise. We had previously informed them that we had a lot of luggage since this was a halfway point to put destination and would need an easily accessible room because I have a disability.They have us an apt where we had to walk to the other side of the hotel and up a long curved staircase with all our bags! This is unacceptable.The other negatives are minor: the hair dryer is the kind that is attached to a wall and is very weak. The apt was not very warm and you couldn't control the heat.But the main thing is the access. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be accessible when the elevator does not go to all the floors.If they manage to fix this, this would make all the difference.

Exceptional attention and care from the staff. The location is great for daily trips around Salzburg. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is quiet. The breakfast is top notch, fresh, wide selection of practically everything - one of the best we had in Austria. Saving this hotel to be in my list for future trips

Nothing practically. This is a great place to stay. A bit tricky to find at first but once you familiarize with the roads it’s fine.

The location was beautiful and not in a busy city center. Very close to Salzburg and Hellbrunn Palace.

The staff. Rude, not very pleasant when we had issues in the room. Room was incomplete in terms of bedding etc

For my budget lifestyle this upscale place was a bit of a splash out, but staff were ever so gracious accommodating me and my slightly scruffy appearance. Breakfast was over the top with every possible option you could ask for. Cappuccino, coffee, tea available all day long. Terraces around the place were beautiful. Right near bus line which easily takes you into Salzburg city central and staff at accommodation provided me with free ticketing to go into the city with. I liked having a fridge in my room also. They also accommodated my request so that I could do my laundry and dry it which was much appreciated. Very good parking available right on site as well.

Well, for my budget accommodation it’s true my room was a bit small without a window, although I could and did lift the ceiling panel up high to let fresh air and sun shine into the room. Forgot exactly what I paid here, but I’d go back without any hesitation, even though most visitors were more upscale than myself.

Great holiday not too far from Salzburg (which is easy to reach from the nearby busstop). Nice modern hotel room as well as other facilities. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. For a small fee you can make use of the laundry room.

During our stay the temperature outside where 30+ degrees in which case you do miss an AC in the hotel room. There was a little fan provided in the room, but that provides more sound than cool air

The room was very hot at night even with the window open, and the fan wasn't very effectiveSlight traffic noise, but that is inevitable with the property being so close to major roads which makes it very handy

Property was very nice. Well taken care of. Views of the mountains and peaceful setting.

The breakfast was amazing. Fresh cooked, large variety, and it varied each day. Coffee and juice complimentary all day as well. Our group had 2 2 bedroom apartments, and a 3 bedroom apartment. Our family's 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean, with a nice balcony (overlooks the parking lot). The staff was super friendly, very nice and courteous. Ample parking. Location was not in Salzburg but perfect with a car. Easy drive to Salzburg via car or bus (short walk to stop), highways and surrounding area/day trips. Close to grocery and restaurants as well (via car). Beautiful outdoor patio seating, and playground if you have little kids. Also access to laundry facilities for $10 for 24 hours. It was our best stay in Europe by far!

No AC so it can get hot. The kitchen was a little lacking with supplies to actually cook.

The hotel is clean and well-equipped.We appreciated having paid access to laundry on-site.The hotel is conveniently located to the sites we wanted to see. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and 20 minute bus ride to Salzburg. We also drove 25 minutes to Berchtesgaden.The breakfast was creative and delicious!We would stay here again and will recommend to others.

Lovely staff and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Fresh salads, eggs, breads etc. all available. Bonus point for the kids playground area!

Lovely room, coffee and tea all day, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Parking was easy on the property.

Loved it all…

Great location, superb breakfast, very comfortable, about 30-minute bus ride to downtown Salzburg and with the special Salzburg FREE bus ticket provided, it was the way to go. No worry about parking downtown as it's an old city with lots of one way streets. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, easy to sit outside and enjoy some quiet and the view is spectacular. We walked in the neighborhood several times, easy to do with the foot paths/bike paths. The cooking was easy and a great little fridge.

We stayed on the main floor and at times it was a bit loud above us, it sounded like a little child running around and some scraping of furniture. We didn't find out there was a water cooker in the cupboard until the second day so recommended they just leave it out. No coffee maker in the room but with the water cooker (or pot) was easy to use instant coffee.

Great hotel near Salzburg. Beautiful view. Good breakfast.

A bit noisy from the road next to the hotel

A great find! We stayed there twice with our children and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast is fabulous!
