    Pros +

    • Room was spacious and comfortable and so was the bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were both of very good quality. It has a very nice view of the bay in the rooftop. Staff very friendly and helpful.
    • Very nice hotel
    • Nice clean 4-star hotel. Perfect for the weekend holidays!

    Cons -

    • the spa is in a different building than the hotel and the hours without children are very scarce. Outdoor swimming pool also small for the number of rooms the hotel has. We opted not to boook it.
    • The room was really warm. Was an unseasonal day .. but the AirCo was not on and even with the door open the room would not cool.
    • Spa facilities are not included, you need to pay separately, would be nice to have.Wifi signal is weak, but maybe it was just in my room.Messy car parking area around hotel - no one wants to leave the car in the garage for extra fee

Spa hotel on large complex with pool, mini golf, tennis, and with stunning views from the rooftop bar terrace. Room was comfortable, and the included breakfast excellent (loved the smoked salmon). The included spa was okay if not thrilling.

Whoever decided a bathroom ought to be glass fronted needed their head examining. Not only does the light shine into the bedroom if someone puts it on at night but the glass door had no catch so it swung open every time, allowing steam into the room and no privacy. The room smelled slightly of cigarettes despite being no smoking.I expected more luxury for the price to be honest.

    Our room

The breakfast was fine but dinner was underwhelming for a four-star hotel - a lot of beige food, salads were almost never replenished, etc. Request for jam to go with the desert were met with 'sorry, jam is only for breakfast'. Anything except water with your meal is an additional cost including tea and coffee, which involves having to go from the basement to the 5th floor to order. My partner was unwell and asked for a thermometer but was told to go to the pharmacy and buy one as they don't have oneAdvert looks like it has it's own beach or an accessible one right next to it. This has been gated off for over 5 years though

Very clean, comfortable, very nice staff.

Comfortable, spacious room and beds.Clear bathroom.Nice balcony with sea view.Solid wifi.

Poor breakfast offer, particularly tasteless coffee from containers, no coffee machine (!)

We went there for the Resurrection festival and weather was not that good this year, so we didn't use much the hotel facilities, but room was big, beds comfortable and bathroom big as well with good shower. Check-in was quick as everything was paid already by booking and staff was quick

Parking was not clear and we ended up leaving the car outside. The hotel was too far away from the festival, but nothing the hotel can do about :)

    Clean room,comfy bed,nice balcony,location

Where to start.......food was TERRIBLE I mean AWFUL Breakfast was very basic & when you asked for help or something different they were extremely rude & didn't want to know,Breakfast was also served in a soulless dark basement business conference room it was more like going to a FUNERAL parlour. We went to the restaurant one night & were met by the waiter who smelt of Alcohol,Cigarettes & appeared Drunk we ordered two main dishes both of which were TERRIBLE for example the Baked Hake was stone cold & my partner had a pasta Dish that was full of grease & oil no veg what so ever. Also as well if you decided to use the Spa facilities this was an extra cost of €20 for an hour (what a rip off) absolutely disgraceful,......my final point is no water could be supplied to our room you had to leave the Hotel & buy it in a vending machine across the road.In general I found the staff unhelpful & disinterested we asked for recommendations & tips for dining in the location but we're left disappointed with there response

Hotel is very nice, room was clean and spacious. Spa facilities are very good. Staff was very friendly and young lady on the reception organized dinner, spa and massages in 15 minutes of our arrival. All in all great experience

Adoramos a simpatia do staff, principalmente do rececionista noturno, que festejou connosco a passagem de ano espanhola e portuguesa.

very nice seaview, excellent breakfast and a good room with a nice bed

the spa was good but after a sauna its better to go outside to cool down and this was not possible.

The location, the kindness of the staff, the combination of an excellent restaurant with an excellent hotel.

The only thing I would improve are the pillows (too low, few, and too soft).

The hotel has a lovely setting at the top of the hill. The rooms are what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. When we arrived we asked for a sea view and as it was my birthday, the staff really went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. There is free car parking on the hotel site but it gets full up very quickly and it can be difficult to find a space if you get back late after spending the day out. There is a little mini golf area which is popular with kids. We had birthday drinks in the terrace bar and a very pleasant dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast is very good - the almond cake is much to be recommended.Sacido Beach is closed and therefore not accessible. The hotel makes it very clear when booking that the beach is not accessible. It is a short protected cliffside walk to the town beach however this is not a very clean beach. Much better to drive to other close by beaches for the day. Further north from the town, the beaches are good for surfing.

If the free parking is full, parking is available in a basement car park but there is a charge for this. As the hotel is at the top of the hill and not near any other car parks, the basement parking should really be free for residents. The swimming pool has seen better days - it is not covered and there are not enough deck chairs for everyone. It rained one afternoon and there was nowhere to take shelter from the rain. It is also quite a distance away from the main town which is across the causeway on the other side of the bay. A car is definitely needed.

The hotel rooms have an amazing view when turned to the sea.The staff is very friendly and everything was clean. Here's a path on the back of the hotel for people to walk and appreciate the view, this path also leads to the beaches.

Overall good. View from the room was not very good but from the bar and restaurant outstanding. Food was generally good and plentiful.

Booking was needed for the main restaurant but it was already full for our first night. However, the alternative buffet was very good and we did get a table in the main room the next night.

Clean, comfortable room with balcony, fridge & bath / shower. Good breakfast variety..Large hotel with separate swimming pool & spa areas.

Clean and comfortable. All you’d expect from a 4 star hotel

Wifi weak. Breakfast a little disappointing

    7PaulPosted on: 8-7-2023

    Room OK

The good restaurant was booked full days in advance, so we could not reserve a table. We chose the hotel especially for the restaurant. We had to take then the buffet, which was really low quality. The next day on our way to our next stop in Santiago de Compostella my wife became sick of food poisoning and even had to call medical assistance.
