Hotel Prebold

Staff was professional and took good care.

The room on pictures was new, our room was old and different from what they show when book the room.

Clean and cheap.

I booked an economy room for 1 night, one of the cheapest options in the area. However the economy is really really economy, room is very old and uncomfortable, the only equipment is a soap on the sink and towels. Took also breakfast for 6€, but not worth it.

Enough of parking space, rooms are big enough, and very nice staff.

The bathroom was very mouldy. Breakfast very poor choice. Some parts of the hotel are outdated.

Hotel was very nice and extremely clean. We were offered a bigger room with no extra charge because we were with our dog.Comfortable bed and quit room

Bad

1.) There was no reception upon arrival, the bar staff provided the room key including absolutely zero information about anything. 2.) There was no wifi, which would require just a minor assistance from staff, but it was refused 3.) The bed was prepared for one person whereas the booking clearly stated two guest 4.) The website pictures about the breakfast is a clear fraud as the reality is much poorer, including days-old, cooled and dried up choices and again, no hotel staff to help 5.) And finally, the shouting outrageous element was the bathroom, with full of mold, all around in exposed spots (picture attached), where my pregnant bride should be washing herself.

Location is ok, my previous stay was good because I was in renovated rooms.

Clean and good. Nice and quiet location. The staff is friendly. We didn't stay long, so we didn't try breakfast. If we come to Prebold again, we will choose this hotel again.

The room was very comfortable and large, I could accommodate all my stuff without any problem. Super quiet and was perfect to recover after my quite eventful day.

It was expensive for a one night, with a breakfast that was nothing special. They made a mistake a double charge me, but was fixed with the website.

- Fairly close to the highway, yet no sound of cars passing by;- Mountain views;- Clean and cozy little town;- Have refurbished rooms (but not for dog owners).

- Outdated small Soviet Union style room;- 5 EUR fee for a dog (should have been free in the USSR style room);- Perhaps this one was pure luck: in the middle of the night 4 guys used the hotels parking lot to tow a car onto an old car carrier making all kinds of squeaking noises, disturbing the whole neighborhood.

Very easy to book, friendly staff, decent bed and sized room with ensuite. Supermarket, restaurant and bar essentially on the doorstep. Parking is just outside, free and there were a fair few spaces.

The bathroom, while otherwise clean, was falling apart bit. There was a funny smell, the plaster from the ceiling was falling off (photo) and bits were in the sink and on the floor and the shower head wasn't attached to the wall (so you had to hold it). Breakfast was included in the price but it was not great. Very basic, heavy bread, cheese, meats and cold fried egg with probably the worst coffee I have ever tasted.

They told us that we have room with king size bed, but they gave us small bad wich was uncomfortable for us, because we have small kid. Also we had a TV in room who was not in function.

Great studio room, far obove expectations, new, clean, great design. Electric vehicle charger 50 meters from the hotel. Friendly staff.

Breakfast, no fresh orange juice, not so many things.

Very nice hotel, the studio rooms are fabulous. Really enjoyed my stay. Very helpful staff.

Cleanliness is very questionable, I think I saw a condom under the bed.
