Pros +
- The resort feel of the property. We stayed in April so the hotel was pretty quiet. Summer would be better.Parking was safe.
- A lot of entertainment at the place, in these two nights, I could enjoy a night of Fado and one night of folklore! Lovely!
- he hotel is spacious and clean, and rooms were cleaned daily. We were offered room changes when the initial ones didn’t meet our expectations. Before our arrival, the hotel had thoughtfully upgraded our booking and placed us next to our children, who had a separate reservation. The staff were helpful, flexible, and allowed us to check in after the reception had officially closed. There is also a convenient parking lot and a bar. We also really appreciated finding lactose-free milk, plant-based options, and gluten-free bread at breakfast – that was a very thoughtful touch.
Cons -
- The breakfast needs updating and the breakfast area is far from the rooms.
- We were a family with a 7 years old kid and booked a 3 beds room, but the bed for the kid was in really bad shape and small, they need to accommodate as if we were 3 adults in my opinion, so 3 normal beds. Sleep is the most important thing for us we were a bit sad about it but it was only two nights so we could sleep all in the same bed.
- The hotel building is quite old, and some rooms still have outdated interiors. In certain rooms, there was a noticeable smell of dampness and mold, which caused an allergic reaction, so we had to request a room change. While some upper-floor rooms appear to be renovated, others still have issues such as poorly functioning air conditioning, damp-smelling wardrobes where we couldn't store our clothes — we kept them in our suitcases for the entire stay. Breakfast could be more varied; we especially missed fresh vegetables.

We loved our one night stay here whilst on a cycle tour from Porto to Lisbon. Such a characterful resort hotel and good value. I loved our room with a balcony with overlooking the swimming pools. A bonus is there is a fantastic steak house 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Nice setting
Saturday night stay, large noisy party in hotel. Disturbed nights sleep. No table available in restaurant only bar snacks available. Breakfast very crowded.

The breakfast lady was excellent. She was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name.
great breakfast and evening buffet, very large room with sharing terrace, pool, 10 minutes drive to Ocean
old fashion design but couldn't complaint
Good location but you would need a carStaff very friendly Very cleanGreat facilities
No local bus services would definitely need a car to see surrounding areas
The building, space and of course the swimming pools and the beach/lagoon.
Nothing, everything was great.
Bad
I didn't like the fact that i went to ask something in the reception and I was totally ignored by the 1 staff that was there not even wair. The question was how can I get in the other side of the swimming pool. They looked at me and carry on talking to each other I stood there for 5 more minutes and no answer, the rooms smell like old furniture the water in the bathroom was brown I was even scared to give my daughter a bath... the picture in the app doesn't match at all with the accommodation.. I waited for my birthday to go and I was extremely disappointed
The hotel is beautiful with 2 swimming pools and a nice lake. We loved laying on the beach beds by the lake and read in the quiet and beautiful view. The pictures don't lie.also like to ride the pedal boat. The hotel workers are very nice. Breakfast is nice. Liked the pool bar also. There is a nice walking road just outside the hotel.
Seems it's like the 70's style hotel. A bit old fashion. We got a first floor room with a window to the entrance of the hotel/ reception, so no privacy, couldn't really open the window and feel good with it. No lifeguard at the pools, and children jump from the bridge to the middle of the pool so have to be with the kid all the time. Also pool towels are not always available. Very important: there is no air condition or fan at the rooms! We were lucky with a nice weather but dont recommended when its too hot or cold.
Small resort type venue, it is past its better days. Well maintained but some areas need a facelift if not a rebuild (Tennis courts). This is a small resort type venue that offers a clean no-frills budget resort with additional perks such as bicycles and scooter use for free.
Room with terrace over the pool so it was noisy until about 9:30 pm and had to remain closed meanwhile. Not good in the heat. AC was not too efficient
It was clean and the breakfast was plentiful with lots to pick from. Also it was nice to have free wifi and tv in the room.
There was no signage anywhere telling you where anything is, no depths indicated around the pool. Lack of food selection in bar and only at certain times.
Great location in the countryside but near the beach and restaurants. The hotel is huge and you feel like you are on a proper holiday. The pool was beautiful and there is a lake with an artificial beach.Bedroom was big and a little bed was arranged for my son (upon extra payment).
Breakfast fruits were not fresh and no air conditioning (I believe the air system was only for heating but it was off, so I cannot confirm).Bar offered cocktails drinks but bartenders were not able to make those.
Clean, nice people and great atmosphere
Beer too warm in the bar
Buffet breakfast was excellent. The lady that runs the buffet is excellent person, very warm heart, and very efficient
There was just a little issue with the bed being dirty , but they fixed it quickly with news sheets
Great resort.Delicious breakfast.Very helpful and friendly staff.
The location is quite far from Aviero. Cannot get Uber or Bolt quick enough to the location so decided to call a taxi to Aviero which cost €45.
The staff are so easy going and do their best for you to have a great experience And you will have so beautiful view of the lake and corn farm
Old fashion which need renovationAlthough all staff are so friendly they are not professional
Very cleanFriendly staffQuit and lots of space (pool, private beaches, garden)Private parking
No airco for cooling
