Good breakfast, helpful/accommodating staff, spacious room

Shower curtain had mold on it and ac didn’t work

Beautiful grounds pool and. Buildings.. The people working there were excellent. Good massage, table tennis.

Food was just ok- breakfast and dinner. For the price both should have been higher quality. Only 1 coffee/hot water machine resulting in long lines. Room had dust behind and above things and affected my allergies. Room had a very strange strong smell.

Everything we needed was there - great breakfast and bar for evening drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful - they were very tolerant of the fact that I did not speak Portuguese. Facilities and rooms very clean. Handy to the nearby town and beach. While we didn't have children with us I could see that it would be a good place to holiday with children.

Despite coming from a temperate country I found the pool too cold to stay in for a long time. I expect this was due to the fact of our visit being in the autumn. I noticed a large indoor pool but it was not filled.

Nice and quiet place, inside and outside. Pleasant people.

Pool is brilliant . Tennis football ping pong all free , very good for teenagers. Dinner in restaurant was very good as were all the staff . Cleaners were brilliant , hotel was spotless everywhereMassages at hotel by the lady Lucia were fab.

1. That my room was not air conditioned, I read that it was . I asked reception, they couldn’t put it on even at a charge . I asked if I can be moved and pay to a room with air conditioning but they said no. Not possible . 2. Room very basic 3. Wasn’t given any information in any form about the hotel , was quickly told breakfast times when checking in and a bit about the sports, but you are tired then , would be good to have all the basics written down, like the beach with the free boats ..4. Wasn’t told there were pool towels. A family told us on the last day. - not good 5. No laundry service or self serve.

Everything, from the pool, to the other activities, the gym, the hotel, every little penny was worth it

The package was fair: swimming pool, good breakfast, dinner Buffett. The staff was kind and resolved the situations as needed

Although we were happy for the full pack, this is not a luxury hotel. The air conditioner was week

In general the layout of the hotel, the gardens inside and surrounding the hotel, the size and layout of the pool, the activities they have (tennis, football/basketball court, pool table, ping pong, bicycles) both bars and the staff (great).

One major problem. No air conditioner in the whole hotel. Not in the rooms nor the restaurant/breakfast room. Will not recommend or comeback due to lack of air conditioner. Buffet dinner with no air conditioner not a good experience. Drinks are at room temperature and you have to use ice. Due to the heat they open windows which attracts bugs. Same problem at breakfast. Some things from breakfast are kept at the table from the day before.

The Wi-Fi connection was terrible, disconecting every 2 mins and you need it internet for basic things and mobile data was bad as you are in kinda of forest in the middle of nowhere.(guy from the reception tried to explain me that maybe is my phone, no was not my phone, Wifi was set bad and had no internet, didnt have any issues in othe location besides there!)AC didnt work was like a ventilationCleaning was made late in the day, some days almost in the evening. Not easy acces to the locationThe general picture of the resort looks like is semi-abandonated, 2 big building were empty and looked like haunted houses.For so much money spent, this place needs a renovation.Noizy every evening with their live music I understand that is 'rural' tourism, but still...

Plenty of car parking

Rooms had a funny smell, had to open the window as the smell was over powering. The room as extremely hot and the internet was not good! Beds uncomfortable and breakfast was not good quality.

The animals, the lake, almost everything. Really nice place to go with kids.

Bathroom shower was broken, but the big bathroom compensated it. Really nice room.It was wind and cold in the weekend we visited it and the interior pool was not available.

Nice resort. Really liked the beach and the boats. The breakfast was nice. They had a buffet in the evening. 20 euros, half price children. It was good.

You should have a car if you want to leave the resort.

Beautiful Location, Great Staff, Good Food Options at Different Times of the Day

Not enough entertainment options for the amount of guests, needs more pool tables, ping pong tables, basketball separate from tennis court, and time slots so bigger families don't take over and other guests are left out.I would suggest having smaller bicycles so smaller children can be included, also extra activities like water aerobics, artists performances need to be better advertised so guests know what's happening and when.

A beautiful, large complex near nature. There is something for both children and adults to do. Very good breakfast and dinner for all tastes. I found out what green wine is :)The rooms were cleaned every day (except for the pile of sand in the wardrobe that we ended up messing up), towels changed every day. Thank you.

the first time it was very difficult to find the hotel. It is located nowhere. Four stars lack bathroom facilities. There were only two mini bottles of shampoo and shower gel for two people for the whole week :o Even one bottle is not enough for a woman with long hair.Also - there was a pile of sand on the floor in the wardrobe of our room upon arrival. It wasn't swept until we left, we just got into it regularly :((the service staff probably doesn't understand English. On request to clean the room after 10 minutes - did not come at all that day.

The pool is really nice, great place to take the family to enjoy and relax. Alot of things the kids can do. Such as visiting the mini farm they have, playing in the play ground, and the free paddle boats and row boats are really nice.

The buffet style food. Not to much of a selection and very plain. And a little pricey for what it is.

i unexpected the travel between hotel and Porto, it’s almost in hour so after a long day its hard. but it was my fault. :)
