The location and the private outdoor area and beach was lovely

The front desk staff was not helpful at all. The decor of the room was sterile. The waitress at the breakfast was not friendly at all. I Asked for latte (milk) and she didn?t understand me. The hotel is on a main road so you have to be very careful.

Very friendly staff, by the time we checked in all restaurants were closed. So one of the staff offered to go with his bike and bring banan for dinner to my little baby. Excellent room size, and delicious Resturant in the hotel with view.

Great team , very supportive. They gave us upgrades to see view , and the view was really amazing and memorable

The cleaning was not up to the level some bad smell was their , the furniture is quite old

Overall, a very agreeable property , centrally located to the very picturesque Portofino harbor, proficient staff and restful experience overall.

Internet was not cooperating and to no fault of property, it was a distraction to the stay in Portovino

Very unclean, had bugs, gave us a room that is different from what we booked. Untidy beds, unclean, poorly maintained.

The location was great. Very short walk to Portofino. The access to the lounge area by the beach was a nice surprise. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of food.

The bathroom is pretty cramped.

The location is literally the only thing of value at this hotel. A few staff members like Claudio were helpful and we appreciated his feedback.

Where to start: the hotel is one of the worst value-for-money stays that we have ever had. You're basically paying Euro500+ for the location/view and Euro 150 for the room. So at a total cost of Euro 675 this is a ridiculous price for what is offered. The quality of the facility is at best 2.5 - 3 stars. The cleanliness was poor. For the duration of our stay there was a mop and pail left outside on our corridor. The veranda area was poorly kept. Most staff were not friendly and not particularly inviting.

the location was excellent! swimming spot and cafe right in front of the hotel. simply lovely. the breakfast was great, all staff were friendly and professional !

the lobby and paint design in guestrooms seems dated. the lobby could be gorgeous with a few coats of white paint and new sofas, a cool lamp here and there.

Beautiful property!! Excellent location!! Three staff in particular were amazing! Lucca, Claudio & Niccolo were super helpful and always friendly and simply fantastic. The best of the best! They made our stay at the Piccolo Hotel exceptional!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Portofino! Room 101 was spectacular with the big open windows overlooking the street and beautiful sea! The location was perfect and short walk to shopping with spectacular views along the way. The staff were very attentive! Santa Margarita was beautiful and a must see!

The terrace with the beach chairs was nice with a beautiful view. The bellmen were great. They had great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Breakfast was very good.

Bang for the buck was outstanding in a very expensive place to visit! The staff cannot be nicer or more useful if they tried! Perfect location with its own little private beach! Excellent hot breakfast was included!
