The pool is a large hot tub not a pool and they charge 50 euros to use the beach?

The room was clean and orderly.

The bed was very hard/uncomfortable, the shower water was cold on our first night there, the staff is not welcoming at all.

The space was VERY clean and a beautifully large family room. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommmend this spot to anyone who wants to face the madness of the Cinque Terre and relax in a quiet and peaceful spot!

Wifi was a bit touchy in the room but great in the common areas

Very good view of the room, roof top pool is a great place to chill after sun goes down and location makes it easy to reach Portofino from the bust stop right in front of the hotel.

Attitude of beach personnel to the hotel guests. They are interested in the money rather than making you comfortable, also the prices of the beach restaurant was so high compared to the quality of the food served.

Location close to Portofino and good breakfast.

Small and noisy rooms, could hear every word your room neighbors say, also outdated.

just the weather was not helping to swim hahaha and this point we couldn't control, sometimes Sunny then in 30 min change to rain, I think this year the summer season of 2025 is a bit different.

The location and access to the beach is very good. Very clean water. But it seems like hotel is stuck in 1980s

One has to pay for umbrella and beach chairs. As a guest who is paying more than 1 500 euros for two nights, I think this should be included. Otherwise it makes it difficult to digest, and makes it inferior to Turkey or OAE beaches!

Excellent service. The staff was very attentive and helpful we however were very grateful to Giovanna who helped book a train and advised us in may ways. Breakfast good as well as the dinner. The top floor swimming pool was outstanding.

It wasnt in a terrible location but not especially great either. The staff were pleasant without being over bearing.

The room is stayed in was VERY dates - looked like 00s style to me. There was also construction work ongoing at properties adjacent to the rear so there was quite a lot of noise. This is something that ALL hotels should state clearly at the booking process.

Paying for parking

Everything! Hotel operations were very smooth even with low levels of staffing, because the staff were all not only very professional but friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was well thought out, perfect for our family of 3 but also reasonable for a family of 4 to stay in. Breakfast was very decent, the beach restaurant and hotel restaurant were also very good. Our room was perfectly clean every day (and I am picky).

We would have liked more storage space in the bathroom itself, as well as in the dressing room some more shelves. The public areas would need refreshing and modernisation, but are well maintained and clean, so this is not a problem in itself.

Disappointing

They put us in a room in the actic that was very hot and small with no wardrobe. When I complained they changed us into a newer room. In this one the air conditioning was not working so we had to change again. The last room was very tired and not renewed recently. In general the hotel is very tired and in need of maintenance. The beach facilities were also very disappointing.

Location was excellent. Room was a bit small, but it was very comfortable. Staff was nice.

It was a bit noisy at night. There were no beach umbrellas at the beach.

It’s so well located , just in between Portofino and Santa Margherita where you can walk (5min) and you are in the middle of everything! The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool with sunbeds and the view is insane. Best rooms are on floor 5 with big balconies.

The private beach is 50€ for a couple x day which is a bit expensive:)

Location and parking.

The mattress in the bed was very old and sank when you lay down. For that amount you could replace the mattress with a new one.
