Delina Mountain Resort

We made a reservation for 2 nights but we left after the first

The room was cold the air conditioning was not working properly dinner was served in the room large quantity poor quality

We loved the room and the view.

The distance from the town center was not accurate. It was closer to 2.5 km and not an easy walk at all. Parking is difficult in town so we thought we would be able to walk. We thought there would be breakfast, but couldn’t find anything on the premises in the morning and there was no-one in hospitality. Maybe a better venue in the summer when it’s busier.

Nice customer service. Access to swimming pool.

Pillows could be better, they are hard. Balcony without table nor chairs.

The entire place is fabulous, surrounded by mountains and with its own private lake! The room was very large with all amenities, the beds were great. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and delicious! Among the many delicacies, there was fresh orange juice, local cheese, excellent coffee. The on site restaurant is also highly recommended, we were very happy with the food. The indoor large, heated pool was a huge hit with the kids too! We are truly beyond words as to how wonderful this place is!

The place is very beautiful and inviting. We liked the staff, we liked all the facilities and the nature around it.

Everything was good.

Our family had a great time at the hotel, the room is large and comfortable, with very good heating and a fireplace. We used the spa with a heated pool, sauna and wonderful massage.Breakfast is quite varied. The small farm at the hotel with peacocks, donkeys and goats was very much liked by the child.The responsive and hospitable staff left the most pleasant impressions. We will be glad to visit this hotel again!

Very friendly and pleasant staff.Great location, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and family atmosphere.Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the spa area - but I will do that on my next visit.Thank you for this experience.

Everything! The room was big and very clean, the staff was very nice and answered everything, the food and facilities were very good, and each evening there was live music!

No real options for vegeterian or fish eaters in the resturant

Unique place in Cretan mountains, close to village of Anogia. Spontaneous informal concert in the cafeteria was a highlight of our stay. Sauna (15 Euros for individual use) and indoors pool (free) is a nice bonus. But the main attraction is the beautiful surroundings.

Gorgeous mountain retreat. Staff were so friendly and just lovely. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to be there when Mr Vassily and his family played a wonderful concert at the restaurant.

Beautiful big room, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. We loved sitting outside watching the sunset. The breakfast had a lot of variaty and was really good. The staff was very friendly.

There were some works going on, which sometimes was disturbing.

Nothing, all wonderful

This resort is a great gem with onsite taverna and spa. The staff at the resort were welcoming and helpful during our stay. Maria was very accommodating when we used the spa area. The pool was very clean and the spa had massages and facials available for guests. The rooms were well stocked with supplies. The restaurant onsite had delicious food. It was a nice surprise to see the animals who live on the resort. There was also a viewing deck, a stone amphitheater, pond, herb garden and more. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Highly recommend this resort! We had a very relaxing experience and the staff were lovely.

It’s unique hotel… had fantastic times… the view from my room No.12 was beautiful surrounded by mountains.. all the staffs were very friendly specially the lady in the reception NANCY???

Breakfast was very good and staff very attentive.

The advertised restaurant was only open fir weddings

Location is perfect, resort is excellent, rooms are comfortable and very clean. There are many sights in the area that can be visited. What sets this resort and place apart from others is the resort staff and people in the village. Hospitality and friendliness you won't find anywhere else.
