Pros +

Rooms were clean and the entire setup was cute. Property can hold 5 families.
The location was amazing, so enjoyable to have a meal indoors and watch the sunset. Apartment was really well equipped and clean. One of my favorite places along our trip especially location wise. The puffin spot is also 40 mins away, and the route all the way there was beautiful.
Even better than we expected. Very beautiful place, very nice host, self check-in, very clean and very good equipped room.

Cons -

Room sizes were small. Kitchen was smaller than what we saw in other places in iceland. Bathroom toiletries (shampoo, soap) were not provided.
While our bedroom was really comfortable, the sofa bed was partially broken and our friends who slept there had to find a way to hold it together so they can sleep. It was also an uncomfortable experience for them.
