I loved the hospitality of the Hotel Team. The Hotel advertises itself as "Ferien unter Freunden" ("Holidays among friends") and they really deliver on this promise. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, great location and amazing mountain view from the hotel room No. 405. I highly recommend Hotel Rosatsch for your holidays in this beautiful location.

The room was very. The spa and the pool were very nice.

That to get to the spa/pool you need to walk past the windows to the dining room and through the bar.

The room was a bit tired and old fashioned. Even the plug sockets were old and felt a bit dangerous in the bathroom. Fridge in the room was hidden behind very old fashioned joinery.

Excellent Service. The staff was extremely friendly. The family room was very spacious.

The vents in the bathroom were very loud and did not turn off for an extended period of time.

- Great experience with the staff, very friendly and helpful.- Breakfast was good as well with a good selection of protein choices.- Awesome to have the laundry room for cleaning and ironing.- Covered parking, good for the cold winter time.

- The carpet room may require a refurbishment for a proper 4 star rating. The safe in the room seemed broken. I saw however there is another hotel wing that seemed refurbished recently, so other rooms may be better.- When ordering breakfast items that have to be paid, would be great the staff brings the bill to be signed, I had the impression the first times that I had to ask it to be brought over so I can sign the expense.

Some bar prices are a little high but it was mostly empty of guests so service was excellent, The evening meals had an Italian style so lots of Pasta Gnocci Rice etc and potato was not usually served and then only in vegetarian dishes during our stay but every night the meal was very different and was beautifully served so this is a comment not a complaint

Lovely cosy hotel - particularly the bar area with fireplace. Complimentary on demand pick up and drop off service from station was much appreciated. Great food (we enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast). Friendly and helpful concierge staff. Thoughtful touches like providing bars of chocolate on check out. Pretty and scenic little town. We really enjoyed our stay

No complaints. Something to note, however, rooms with interconnected room access offer limited soundproofing between rooms.

We loved Hotel Rosatsch. Great location, big room extremely clean. Staff were exceptional particularly in the bar and restaurant.Wellness centre lovely and the pass for the lifts was a fantastic bonus we thoroughly enjoyed. We were very sad to leave. The food was amazing too.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff is extremely professional, and the hotel manager was an absolute delight to communicate with.A cherry on top is that they organized a bottle of champagne on a very short notice, and prepared a birthday greeting card for my gf while we were out in the mountains.

This was a wonderful hotel with very attentive staff who made for a very relaxing stay. We had a large corner room with greats views and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a generous spread and coffee came from an espresso machine! Best we’ve had for a while. A few extras we didn’t expect were great touches.

Nothing not to like, but because we didn’t read the hotel notes until the last day of our stay, we didn’t realise the had a laundry we could have used downstairs!

The staff were all helpful and friendly. They offered a standard buffet breakfast and made very good coffee. What was very nice was the backpack included with the room for our use when out hiking the spectacular mountains. They also have hiking poles available for guests.

A jacuzzi would have been nice but the saunas were nice.
