Friendly staff

It is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and have balconies with great views. Excellent bathrooms. Hotel has many excellent amenities we didn’t have time to use. We did get to do the chair lift up the mountain which was a short walk right behind the hotel. We will definitely return for a longer stay!

The restaurant would run out of food and not replenish so if you had a late seating 7:30 or so you did not get what you were promised.

It was in a good location. It was attractive and clean, and the front desk was helpful.

The bathroom was very small, the shower curtain was ridiculously high, there was no heat control in the room.

Mattress. We hardly could sleep overnight.

It was close enough to activities but not over saturated with people. The front desk Melonie (can’t remember the other 2 names) were very nice and informative.

The staff went out of their way to meet all our needs. For example, our kids eat only vegan food. The kitchen staff provided special, tasty vegan meals for them every evening, based on their food preferences. I love everything about this hotel - the location, the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff, the spaciousness and coziness of our room and the gorgeous view from the balcony!

Very minor: the pillows could be a bit softer.

Nice family hotel feel . It is a ski holiday style hotel so quiet and so the bar was not really open and no restaurant / cafe facilities other than meal times.

Happy with the place and would stay again.

Very well kept house, friendly staff, very sizeable room. Parking in the garage or outside at a fee.

Whilst the room was fully refurbished, the style of the bathroom felt a bit dated, but we did not mind it. the house is generally fully refurbished and we would definitely come back.

Internet connection in the room was unstable on the second day, false fire alarm at 4 a.m.

Very nice place, well-maintained and clean. The staff is very kind and competent. The half-board option is very convenient, and the food is excellent.

Matresses can be better. Probably a topper would be enough to improve the quality of the sleep.

Room is quite cold during the night, especially with a quite thin cover (a duvet would be nice). the bed is hard and not convenient for everybody. Sauna hours are short (15.30-18h)

There was nothing not to like about this property. The staff was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable with beautiful wood furnishings. The dinner we had there was also very good.

Over the years the hotel has consistently retained its level of quality of services, friendliness of staff, helpfulness of staff members, - shouldn't this be a 4 star establishment. The location is great, breakfast is excellent, access to facitlities, shopping, exploring the environment and our favourite Val Roseg is great. I stayed at the Schweizerhof since almost 20 years and am intrigued as to how they can keep up with excellent service. See you soon.

Generous breakfast buffet with lots of choices, balcony, view of mountains from balcony, elevator, lady at front desk who was very friendly, informative and helpful, free shuttle from and to train station when we arrived and left.

Right in town so within walking distance of restaurants and shops but in a quiet area. Beautiful Mountain Views from balcony .

A little difficult to park momentarily in front of the hotel to unload .
