Wonderful and very helpful staff. Very nice location in the centre of a tiny town. Quiet.

Terrible bed, you could feel every single spring. The only consolation was fresh bedding changed as often as I requested. The room was claustrophibically small. Literally couldn’t be any smaller. The breakfasts very ‘tired’ (like from previous day supper) and heavy: plenty of smoked fish, different types of meat. Very few and very tired lettuce, cucumbers and cupboard-like-tomatoes. Definitely not for vegetarians. In the restaurant downstairs they serve incredible hot soup, be careful! My tongue was sore for a few days. Nevertheless, it probably is the best hotel in Polanica Zdròj.

Dinner in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but felt crowded. The front desk staff were nice.

We booked this hotel with the "free cancellation" option that lasted until 7 days before our stay. Unfortunately, my husband got very sick the week before our trip and so I asked to cancel without penalty *6.5 days* before our stay. They rejected our request immediately and gave no other response. It makes you feel like just a number or a robot. Our family eventually did reroute our plan to make the hotel stay work, only for my father-in-law to be awake all night because of a thermostat that made his room scorching hot and then freezing cold. We didn't even get a chance to use the spa because of how the stay had to be squeezed into the trip so we didn't lose our money. It was not worth it.

Close to park, but not much to do there.

The towels in the bathroom are old and need to be replaced with new ones. Had to ask the housekeeper to replace the paper cup and coffee. She said they are only for new guests when they arrive. I thought it was very strange. New paper cups and coffee should be replaced very day when the room is cleaned.

Very central location. Black out blinds, great breakfast, awesome open spa (for kids too).

Rooms are a little on the small side, some showers are very tiny!

Ideal location. Comfortable, tasty breakfast and nice facility with swimming pool, spacious jacuzzi and delicate steam sauna.

Expensive parking place

Excellent hotel. Including interieur design, furniture, cleanliness, breakfast, parking and the location.

Unfortunatelly, I was dissapointed with the steamroom and sauna. It seems the steam gererator isn't sufficient for this steamroom and sauna didn't work at all.

Excellent accommodation, great wellness, excellent breakfast and dinner. Hotel in a beautiful location right next to the spa park. Very friendly service

It's a shame that the pool is only open at 9 o'clock. I would very much like to have a swim before breakfast, this will influence my choice for next time.

I was travelling with two children and reheated double bed and extra bed but only received one double bed, there was no additional bed, so we had to sleep there of us in one bed .

The room was spacious, lovely and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, great dinner in the restaurant.
