I have been to this Villa a few times already. Clean, quiet, close to the park

Location was wonderful! Impressive building. Big balcony with the view on the beautiful park.Nice breakfast

Just one towel per person. One of them very old with holes (embarrassing!). Room small, tiny bathroom, no amenities. Personnel could be more friendly.I booked a massage, they forgot to switch on the heating in the room (was freezing!!), didn't provide any towels (!!!!).

Perfect location, great friendly personal. Good massage service (extra payment, but acceptable), recommending.

Great location, good breakfast with quite a big choice for such a place, lift in the building.

More staff in bathroom is needed (shower, soap do not meet any standards), beds could be more comfortable, very simple room (with a smell of cigarettes :( ).

Located just outside the park, perfect place for walks, 5mins from healing water pump room. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Really nice breakfast with various options. Staff nice, approachable, helpful.

No place for garbage. Cleaning rooms only if you inform.

Car park space is hard to find

Location was second to none--on the fringe of a lovely park, some 5 mins away from the main spa house. The scale of the property was in the sweet spot, not too small not too large. The breakfast was superb: a variety of options, good ingredients. Having it on a lovely terrace overlooking the park, on a sunny morning was a dream. Most rooms seem to have fairly generous balconies/loggias with at least a glimpse of the adjacent park. Lovely service. Lift to all floors.

For our pedantic eyes, cleanliness could be improved. A hair in the freshly made bed, a small dark-red mark of wine (we hope) on the bed cover, someone's lipstick on a (supposedly) clean glass in the breakfast area, some muck and dust on main stairs... Not necessarily deal-breakers, but should be addressed. Some of the rooms could do with a revamp as well (ours was of early 2000s décor).

Excellent room, great location next to park and in walking distance from the town center.

Great location, basically in the park. Tasty and big breakfast, variety of choice. I can easily recommend this hotel.

Breakfast outstanding. Previous stayed were in a nicer, more spacious room. We didn't realize they have something like 6 different room sizes snd arrangements.next time we'll arrange for a little more space.

Only what I said about room options.

Many advantages: perfect location in the Spa Park, comfortable and modern interior with a huge window in "De Lux" room, very helpful and polite staff, breakfast in the open garden, free parking for guests in front of the hotel.

We were a group of four and had 2 rooms in the newer section of the hotel.Our stay was great from all perspectives.Rooms were modern and very clean with great shower rooms..Hotel's common areas were very pleasing and we had our breakfasts every morning on the porch next to the beautifull garden.Breakfasts were rich with all kinds of foods - everything tasteful.Staff was proffessional, attentive and curtious, especially Lucas the hotel's manager.Location next to the park and very close to the city center was perfect for us.We will certainly book again next time in Poland.

Everything was great

The breakfast was very good: big of choice, everything freshly prepared. The view was great, directly at the park.

A bit too expensive for what was offered: The room was quite small and there was no hair dryer.

The best possible location! Right in the park in the centre close to restaurants or even supermarkets. Great atmosphere inside more like a guest house then a commercial hotel which made it even more special. Staff was amazing always going extra mile. We got little tour of the place when we got in and were even walked to our room. We ask for ice and it was no problem either. Would definitely recommend that place. Breakfast has everything you need with all everyone being able to choose what they like and complimentary coffee from the express machine which was very strong just how I liked.

Place is missing a fridge especially for a hot summer weather but it was never a problem to get some ice which is a plus. Feels like the space in the attic studio we were renting were not organized very well. There were no shelfs to put your clothes just open closets with hangers.Taking shower was challenging you have to take a bath if you are a tall person like me because it was in the attic and I couldn't stand without hitting head in the ceiling. Also very narrow bathtub.No air conditioning but we knew that going in and there was a fan in the room for our convenience.

No hot water - the biggest minus!!!The extra facilities i.e. sauna only for extra payment!!! For such a high price for the room they should be free of charge. No internet in first day due to very poor signal. Next day it was fair.

Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. The owners gave us so much advice where to go for biking, recommended places to visits etc. I couldn't expect more. Location is perfect, short walking distance to the center but still very quiet. Parking at the property and safe room to store bikes. Breakfast very good, everyone can find something to eat open eating area in the park. Freshly prepared coffee on request. What you see on the pics is what you get on site.Thanks! You really made long weekend very enjoyable.

Everything was really good, nothing to complain. With a outdoor pool the place would be fantastic. There is no aircon in the rooms - not a big problem but you need to be aware of the fact.
