Kissamos Hotel

Easy to find, parking right around back of building, short term parking right in front.

Mosquitoes were present in the room, had no issues in other hotels in Crete so this was a surprise. Ended up with 5 bites across my arms.

Very friendly staff, the two brothers who own the hotel will are the best people ever. Hotel is great, clean, quiet, has everything you need as base to go explore the area.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable, but it's fine.

I had really pleasant time. Very nice hotel and very professional and kind hotel owners. The breakfast was delicious and the backyard with the pool was really nice to sit and relax. I would definitely visit again.

Room nice and quiet too. Hotel near to restaurants. Nice garden and pool. Very well maintained and quality and rustic.

Tea and coffee facilities. Don't think I had them. Not sure.

Very clean and nice hotel. Our room was with the balcony looking over the pool, and very quiet. The pool and the surrounding garden with the plants and flowers are beautiful. The view from our room was spectacular, it was very nice to sit there in the morning and evenings. The owners are very nice and helpful, locations is perfect. The room was cleaned every day, our bed was made, the sheet changed every 3 days, so bravo to the cleaning lady, she was amazing!

Breakfast is not included in the price, you pay additional 9 euros/person. No small toiletries provided like shampoo and conditioner, bring your own.

Would have liked a kettle in the room . Although it was no trouble to have tea made in the hotel bar.

Friendly and helpful Drakakis brothers are the third generation of hotelier family and rightly proud of their property which boasts a beautiful pool and alfresco bar and breakfast area.

A common complaint of we seasoned travellers is that there are many hotels (like this otherwise fine establishment) that have no or not enough shelves or hooks to accommodate luggage and clothing.

We really enjoyed our time in Kissamos hotel, the location is very nice and very close to the city center, there is a very nice bakery just across the hotel, many stores and supermarkets.The staff and the host were very friendly and helpful. Since we were on our honeymoon they gave us a free upgrade. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with local and fresh products. The rooms were supper clean.We highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel, helpful owner and staff and a pool to lounge by- the area is a sun trap, so hot as no breeze, Facilities clean and tidy always,

My only gripe and it really is being picky is the sun beds which I found ok are wooden slat and probably need a cushion to lay your bum/ back into for a lazy comfort But I could have placed 2 towels down on each lounger to provide me with a bit of comfort So really u could say I could have done more about it but when on holiday you don’t tend to think like that Otherwise no issues at this lovely hotel

All facilities were nice and clean, also the stuff were very polite and willing to assist , a nice experience overall ?

Location is very convenient, it’s close to city center and there is a parking area. Staff is very friendly. I would definitely come back again :)

Didn't like the city, sorry. The hotel's location is just next to the main and very noisy street. We got the last room on the street side with the worst views etc. We tried to take it with fun ? On the pool side the rooms are quiet, I'm sure. Room itself is clean, but sooo dated and there's no coziness at all. The small fridge was so noisy that we had to unplug it for the nights.

A family-run hotel maintained at a high level, highly recommended...in a good location ..nice pool...excellent breakfast...parking on site! Highly recommended, and good value for money..

We loved everything about our stay at Kissamos Hotel: the room was extremely clean, the pool was lovely, super clean and with beautiful area around, available parking. But what we liked the most is the staff - super friendly, always there to help for any request/question. Thank you for having us?

The room was very clean, the location perfect only 5 minute from the centre, the garden with the pool it’s so beautiful perfect for having a peaceful breakfast, the staff was super friendly, available and helpful for any requests, really recommend this hotel especially for the staff!
