Right on the beach

The stove didn't work too. Well, kitchen was moderately equipped. I did cook, but the space was tiny.!!!!

Excellent location, friendly staff, good food, nice room. We will come back!

Very clean and modern room. Air conditioning worked very well. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location to visit Balos and Falassarna. The hotel restaurant was also quite good. Supermarket nearby and mini fridge in the room, so could buy drinks and snacks and breakfast.

Breakfast was just ok.

spacious room with space to do yoga. Great bar. Lovely views. Excellent taverna very close by.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming! The cats outside were also a highlight

Breakfast was great when we had it the first few days for €10 each .. plus coffee. We were not informed that coffee was extra … although a barista made lattes, cappuccinos, etc as requested. Perhaps we were offered one as part of the deal, but we were never informed, and charged extra. There should have been an urn of coffee with the breakfast selection and juices as an alternative.

The Maria Beach Hotel is a comfortable place in a very convenient location with welcoming and supportive staff. On top of that, their restaurant serves amazing food. We ate all 4 nights there of our stay. In addition to the delicious food, it has a incredible view of the ocean and surrounding area. If you are planning to explore the great beaches of Western Crete - Balos, Falassarna, Elafonissi - then head to the Maria Beach Hotel in Kissamos. The hotel also has a nice quiet beach of its own that is great to unwind in after coming back from travels.

Staff was very nice. Our room was only few meters from the beach, could hear the waves during night.Beach was very clean and private, felt like only our hotel guests were there.Very nice food in the bar and restaurant.Perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Beach was very nice and clean, I liked the wooden sunbeds and umbrellas. Also the sunbeds were very comfortableBreakfast was good, I usually have eggs with vegetables (but there were a lot of other options). The restaurant was also very nice, we ate dinner at the hotel a few timesLocation was great, at least for someone who loves beaches more than visiting the city; best beaches were close: Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna but Kissamos city is just....unremarkable

You can't get coffee before 8:00 because restaurant is closed and there are no restaurant/bars around to get oneI couldn't sleep the first night because the mattress had a very soft topper; but I appreciated they replaced it with a new mattress the second day

Location, restaurant, terrace, free parking, internet was working fine.

Breakfast was not that varied.

It is so peaceful with nice sea and nice restaurant.We love the staff and atmosphere of the hotel.

This intimate boutique hotel sits steps from a placid, clear bay. Our room was perfectly appointed with comfortable beds and a perfectly luxurious shower. The property has been in the proprietors’ family for over 40 years and has been continually cared for. We travelled all around Crete and this is one place we would come back to.

The room was spacious, clean and everything worked. Sadly I don't know his name but the guy working on the food and drink orders on the lounger area was really great, he was so friendly, helpful and was always working really hard, thanks for looking after us!

There was nothing in particular wrong, just little things like having to pay for the loungers which we did know before, but then often you couldn't find a free lounger as it seemed many none hotel residents had taken them all. Other small things like other than the chap on the beach, no other members of staff really spoke or engaged with us at dinner/breakfast. We also found it expensive for the facilities, considering we did not have any special access to the beach or bar area.

Amazing location. Close to the beach with an excellent restaurant, bar and staff. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Not much. Maybe a better hob, cooking utensils and a T Towel.

It had a spectacular view and a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The property was clean and nice for a hotel.

The property provided a big dirt parking lot, however if you wanted shade you had to park below trees. These trees left sap all over our rental and over us during our dinner. It was not pleasant.

A lovely hotel by the beach. For us, this is the best beach in Kissamos and hotel provides all services for an enjoyable time at the beach.

Clean beds and bathroom. Amazing restaurant and view. Staff were excellent! So friendly.
