From start to finish we were blown away by this hotel. Absolutely stunning design. Spotlessly clean, the smell walking through the hotel was just gorgeous. Staff were amazing. Especially Dimitri, he was so kind and always helpful. Beds were soooo comfy. Delicious breakfast. Just absolutely stunning! Could not fault this place. We will definitely be back ?

It was a very modern Hotel, with beuatiful decorations, nice and bih rooms. The pool was very nice.

Parking lot was very steep. A coffee machine would have been great.

The kitchen area needed to be better equipped as there was no frying pan, chopping board, sharp knives etc.

Beautiful property, very welcoming staff, especially Dimitri who made our stay in the hotel even better with his travel suggestions. He was also very understanding when we forgot our hotel card in the room so he gave us a new one with no problem. We loved the room and the greek vibe of it and we also enjoyed the happy hour in the evening. Cocktails were just amazing and the peaceful atmosphere on the rooftop was even better. The staff was also very accommodating with our arrival which was out of working hours of the hotel.

Fantastic accommodation, pool was small but perfect. It was a lovely rural area which took a bit of getting used to with Cockerells calling every morning and dogs barking and locals going to work but it was fabulous.

The noise took a bit of getting used to, workers leaving early for work and the farm animals but a lovely place to stay.

This is an aspiring boutique hotel. It is quite nice, though overpriced. It has a nice restaurant/breakfast, and close to it, there is a local gem in terms of gastronomy.

This hotel suffers from the problem of setting high expectations (pictures, price, etc.). The critics below do not change the fact that it is a nice hotel - rather, my purpose is to point out details that could be improved by management (A) or considered upon booking a room (B). A) I feel that the staff is overwhelmed with work. They are all very friendly but juggle many functions. The room is just too bright in the morning; a blackout curtain in the windows would significantly improve the comfort. The beds were not that comfy either (the mattress is too firm, and I say this as a person who prefers firm mattresses). The pillows should be changed (to comfy ones) right away - they are not compatible with the hotel standard. B) In general, the rooms can be noisy - they are too close to each other, the pool/bar upstairs is a source of noise late hours in the evening... Moreover, one might need to consider that the Wi-Fi does not work well (mostly due to the stone structures). In terms of structural problems, the air circulation is very limited in the rooms/bathroom cubicle.

Everything. The hotel is in a quiet location & amazing atmosphere. You can easily reach Falasarna beach from there. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, the breakfast delicious with fresh local products, the staff very friendly. We had also a great time at the swimming pool.

We were assigned the wrong room for the first night. The staff was very nice but did not speak English well.For the rest of the staying we were fine

Everything was on point. Beatiful hotel in Falassarna, clean, comfortable and in a very good position, 1 hour from Chania airport, 1 hour from Elafonisi beach and 50 minutes from Balos, but there are beautiful beaches in Falassarna too, only 10 minutes by car from the hotel. The staff was very kind. They have a really good breakfast.

We made a reservation for a room which we loved it from the pictures and wasn't a cheap hotel. When we arrived we got a complety different room, it didn't looked so nice like the one advertised on booking. We also sent an email 2 months in advance to request that we want exact the same room like in the picture.Later we found out that all the rooms from the hotel, except 3 rooms (201, 202, 203) are exactly like in the pictures. The other 3 rooms are older, with broken appliances and doesn't come close in terms of niceness/luxury like the other.What is surprising, because I asked at the reception, all the room have the same price! So is not about different prices, only about "luck" or how the owners like to offers the rooms.Our problem and big disappointment is that is our honeymoon and we really wanted a nice hotel room and we deliberately picked this hotel because we loved the rooms. We don't think it is fair to charge the same price for 2 different rooms, and we have to be honest we felt like 2nd hand guests because of this. Is the first time we had this problem in over 10 years of using booking.We tried to speak at the reception, but unfortunately the staff knew little to no English but she was so kind and nice and tried her best to understand our complaint. She called the manager which offered to change the room on our last day of staying, which for us was too late.I think the owner should advertise both rooms at doffent prices maybe, because reading the reviews more carefully on google, it seems a lot of people had this compliant and problem in the past.We are so sorry that we finished our honeymoon in this way and we really regret the decision to book here. We felt really unlucky and the biggest disappointment is that with that kind of money we could have guarantee a more nice and greater value hotel.

Very relaxing and quiet stay. Perfect heated pool as in May the weather was cold. Boutique family run hotel. Some rooms face inner courtyard, but you stay in your room rarely. I did not hear neighbours and there are not many rooms and I really liked it as in other hotels in Crete island I had very bad sleep (thin doors, people smoking everywhere). In this hotel there are signs that respect other guests and they did etc. Very nice breakfast as well.

Location is in the middle of nowhere.The AC was broken half of our time and the explanation was “it is not so hot “ …. In Greece is hell of a hot. Parking a an real nightmare. No view at all

The bartender didn’t really know how to make drinks, fairly poor for the price . The location . Falasarna is already on west coast of Crete if you make trip I like to see the beautiful sunset /ocean you have no views but it’s not far of a drive to the most beautiful beaches / also next to a really great restaurant.

Location was good. Close to fabulous beaches. There was a fantastic restaurant (Motakis) next door which was a life saver.

This is a hotel that doesn't know whether it's a hotel or an apartment complex. It didn't have the facilities or staff presence of a hotel but neither was there the private space of having an apartment. The rooms were well finished but poky and with little or no natural light. You couldn't spend time in them other than to sleep. The facilities nin general were poor and really suitable for a very short stay. For example, we were there for 2 weeks - There were no laundry facilities. When we asked about this, it was if this had never been requested before. They didn't even know if there was a laundromat in the nearest town. They finally sent our stuff off to their own provider and it came back still damp, unfolded and we were still charged for it. This is a small example of the set up

The location was fantastic. It's located not far from the main road so it's super convenient for visiting nearby Balos Bay and Falasarna Beach. Parking was easy and close to the hotel. I was very happy with my room, super nice shower and comfy bed. For cooking you do need to ask at reception for a cooking kit and it has everything needed to make a simple meal. Really cute pool and bar area to relax in. The breakfast here is amazing. It seriously has everything you could want and more. High-quality food. Loved that you could have anything from cake to Greek salad for breakfast with a good variety of hot options like scrambled eggs and quiche. Honestly I would return to this place just to have breakfast and I wish I had stayed here longer.
