Elena Beach Hotel

The staff was very welcoming, we got a wine bottle as a gift. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful (sea view). Breakfast is good.

The location is not very close to the center. We had a car so for us it was ok. They clean the room every 2 days - so you keep your towels without replacement for 2 days.

Excellent food. Hotel in a peaceful and quiet place with nice small beach. The water there is shallow and very warm. Easy bus access to Falasarna beach and Chania.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Crete for the first time at this beach hotel Elena and had a wonderful experience .The hotel was very clean, comfortable bed, very helpful and attentive staff, it's a very quiet relaxing hotel with a beautiful beach front and very tasty breakfast, highly recommend,we would come back here again, thank you very much for everything ?❤️

Very welcoming and great staff

If I could pick 1 thing it would be the mould smell walking out onto the alfresco seating area for breakfast lunch or dinner - there must be a lot of water that is sitting in those planter boxes and big pots and because it’s bed. Sitting there and handy bed. Cleaned it’s started to become mouldy and it’s really bad smell -

Even though quality of the food was excellent, Variety of food in the breakfast could be increased, also there is room for improvement for the dessert during dinner, I would have combined fruits and some local pastry/ cakes or ice cream

We had an amazing stay at this hotel — absolutely a 10/10! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the room was spacious and comfortable with stunning views. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

They need some plumber work, some pipes needed to be changed, and they did it. Breakfast needs quality effort.

We paid for half board. Breakfast was okay but for dinner we missed having a buffet or different options on the menu. However, it was a single menu consisting of entry, first plate, second plate, dessert and a bottle of water. Also menu was not written anywhere and we would go to dinner every night without knowing what we would have. We would sit on the table and waiters would bring the plates to us. If they change this the hotel would be a great option in Kissamos!!

Amazing staff, great service, we arrived 2h after the restaurant was closed due to a delay in our flight, but they were still waiting for us with warm dinner (00:00). During our entire stay we were treated with the best of care and everything we requested was accommodated without question

Had its own beach and lounge chairs private balconies with a beach view. Breakfast was offered and had a good selection of fried eggs, scrambled and assorted pastries and other fare. Was reasonably priced. Very friendly staff.

Sea view on three sides...where else can you get that? Room was as promised, sea front view, great, superb view from balcony, bed or sofa. Room was spotless, bed, bathroom very confortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Probably best location in Kissamoss. And for sure the place to come back.

Having a refrigerator in the room is great, beeing so nosy is not. Need an upgrade.
