ibis budget Annecy Poisy

Just a few minutes detour from highway, plenty of parkings in front of the entrance, quick check-in with very friendly & fluent english night shift receptionist, clean room & comfortable bed, with a quite ok breakfast; was perfect to stop for the night before continuing our long drive.

The shower room’s fan was quite noisy, staff at the breakfast reception did not speak/understand any english.

We had driven a really, really long way, from Amiens - we were really looking forward to the beer referred to by other reviewers and the Italian restaurant next door....as it turned out, the latter was closed, we were absolutely gutted - not the responsibility of the hotel I guess, but we would have gone elsewhere had we known...then, the beer fridge turned out to be locked, and reception had lost the key...we ended up having crisps for dinner... disappointing all round. Just one pillow, you can't make OR but a coffee....very much budget, really disappointing, we've been to other Ibis budgets...none as budget as this..?

Functional hotel, Good secure underground carpark for motorbike at small additional cost.

The reception staff, especially the young male on in the evening. Use less, lazy, uncooperative. Tried to order taxi needed help and needed assistance. Even though it wasn't busy staff weren't interested.Filthy corridor carpet, stained and hadn't been hoovered for a while.Location to Annecy was a not within walking distance easily after a long day in the saddle 500kms. I was quoted taxi was 25 euros. Not the hotels fault but worth noting.

Free parking Near bus stop to Annecy Bed is average

The toilet was extremely small even for an average built person like myself They don't provide soap to wash hands on the bassin neither a hand towel.High risk of hygiene infections considering also that the bassin and the toilet are separate. Shower is next to bed and you may easily spill water on bed linenBreakfast was within expectations for a budget hotel

A bit far from city center,We didn’t manage to stay in same room with 2 kids, that’s why we rented 2 seperate rooms side by side

Staff was very helpful and good People. Breakfast was very good. İt was clean. Good value for money.

There was no soup in the room for wash your hands and no hair dryer. Location is a bit far if you don't have a car.

My room did not have shower gel. But the staff quickly sorted that.

Property nice rooms good staff helpful but charged us again for the booking which we had already odd for bus your web site.

Being charged twice staff should have know payment had been taken by booking.com

A bit out of the city, about 40 minutes away by bus. The path to the hotel gets dark at night. Limited no of hair dryer in the hotel.

The room was very clean and nice; Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.Everything were perfect. Very friendly staff, especially the girl name Lubna. Very very helpful

altough i supposed reserving the room breakfast included ..i learned that it was not ...booking com was not explicit enough so that ı could not understand...who reserves a hotel for three days near the auto-route 5 kms to Annecy without breakfast?

Perfect location for a quick stop on the way to the alps, good family room clean etc comfy beads, helpful staff with a nice Italian next door, hotel could do with a bar although you can buy a cheeky from the fridge to start your hols after a long journey!
