Medora Auri Family Beach Resort

Everything, from check-in to check-out: food, parking, beach, facilities, staff. Reception staff was especially great and helpful.

The food was really good. It was a great place for families. The staff was nice and helpful. There were fun activities for kids, like mini discos and a children's pool.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is amazing, and the sea view from our room was just breathtaking. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful.The beach is great.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was a big disappointment. It’s far too small for a hotel of this size, and the atmosphere reminded me of the Hunger Games – crowds of people pushing around, fighting for space and the food itself was mediocre at best. After one bad experience, we decided to go out for dinner instead. The interior design is outdated and requires a renovation.

The hotel has an excellent location and its own private beach. The sea is wonderful — very clean and not too shallow. Both breakfast and dinner options at the property are quite good. The food is delicious and offers a nice variety. The staff are friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile.

However, using the elevator can be quite difficult due to the crowds. While taking the stairs might be fine for some and even beneficial health-wise, it can be a real issue for guests who rely on the elevator. Additionally, the buffet area in the main restaurant feels cramped and disorganized, making it challenging to move around, especially during busy hours.

Pretty much everything, the employees on the beach are very nice and kind, the outstanding person and big thanks goes to waiter named Bruno, tall guy with beard very hard working and best worker that we seen there. Guys in Indigo bar were cool, the Branimir and Nikola, thanks for hospitality.

The coast, the beach, it’s not functional, the beach is rock - which is totally fine, but there is no single dock, the entering and leaving sea is very painful and it could be improved by building the proper docks for proper entering and leaving the sea. This is something that has to be improved.

Room, near to beach, guys at the bar, and especially Mara and Leonarda at reception. Food was also fantastic and for us most important it was marked with allergens.

The foods are average. The kitchen staff was so moroseDinners are like military service so crowded and the place and staff are not enough The beach showers are costed.

Everything was even beyond our expectations. All was well. I would emphasize Robert the waiter at the buffet restaurant as well as Mrs Vesela and Natalija at the eggs corner. A middle aged man at the reception in the second shift was very kind and professional. All the others as well. Great selection of food, a magnificent view, excellent rooms and balconies, good pools, amazing beach. This was our second time in this hotel, will come again, this is for sure.

Everything, starting from the entrance, they were so polite, facilities, pools, food. We have reserved the small room, then they offered a bigger one without charge.

Family environment, complete, with rich and quality food, perfect swimming pool and beach, I recommend it to every couple and every family with children.!!!

Have stayed at many hotels, but I came back to this one for the second time because it truly felt convenient and enjoyable from the moment you wake up — the day starts with a great breakfast, followed by time to relax at the wellness center, enjoy the poolside, or spend time at the beach. Then, just in time, it's dinner — which offers everything you could want. We enjoyed every part of our stay. We’re definitely coming back again because everything about this place makes it worth it! P.s stayed in May so the weather was 18C° - 25C° so it wasn’t that cool as you can imagine since it is a seaside resort so you better packing up summerish clothes tho, even tho it was cold to swim, it was warm enough in the afternoons to relax in the outdoor pools :)

The water in the pool is cold even though the website states that the water is heated. In reality, only the sun heats the water.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The location of this resort is soo beautiful. One of my best stays so far. One can watch the sunset from the dinning area , the gym and of course most rooms have the balconies facing the sea. The staff were incredibly accommodating and professional. There is a kids play area and some one to mind them and keep them engaged. Lots to choose from at dinner time. I requested a packed breakfast at 6 due to our flight and it was ready with a bottle of wine as a pleasant souvenir from them.

When arriving at the hotel, there were no clear instructions at the reception about where to go to the room. The bathroom smelled of sewage at times.

Nice, high quality hotel on Podgora, small town in Makarska Riviera. Very helpful Staff and good standard room.Good to have SPA no limit entrance inclueded in price.

We had a top floor family suite room with terrace with the best sea view we ever have had .. we saw the most amazing sunset from the terrace.. and the sunrise too though that was not that great .. sea is like private beach with crystal clear waters..

All inclusive dinner did not have good quality vegetarian food options.. lot of package holiday customers (10 buses we saw) can make it feel bit crowded in the dinner area but otherwise quality was not compromised anywhere

Everything was just excellent❤️ We enjoyed our stay. Our son really liked doing some handmade stuff with Francesco and didn’t want to check out from the hotel?We got a pleasant gift in the end of stay, it was very cute. The best place to stay with a family.
