Litli Geysir Hotel

Comfortable room, nice lounge and restaurant, fantastic breakfast was included with huge variety of foods to try. Easy walk to Geysir geothermal area. We got there 10 minutes before kitchen closed and they still served us dinner.

Room 124 wall radiator heater by bed needs maintenance. Desk manager was kind enough at 11pm to summon handyman who got it working temporarily, but only for a while, still needs work. The plastic knob may be worn out. Rest of hotel was great.

So cute! Conveniently located. A lovely accommodation. Not too much available for food but the Glima Cafe is awesome for lunch.

Close to attraction. Had good restaurant.

Getting an upgrade to The Geyser hotel was a plus. Happy hour was great during low season. Everything was good at the Gyser Hotel.

No spa or hotspring; an added gym or hot spring would be ideal in this area.

the Little Geyser hotel is a sister property of the adjacent hotel. The rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is available at the larger property next door to which one either needs to take a short walk or drive. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of high-quality items. The hotel is right next to the geothermal park and a short drive to other points of interest.

We got there late and there was no one at the hotel. One had to go/drive to 'parent' hotel next door to check in and get the keys.

We were checking in around 5pm and there was not front desk staff there was a small sign on the door that said to check in at the big hotel to the side. But the details were very vague and had no idea where we were supposed to go. Since the big hotel next door was obstructed by trees. After wandering around in the rain outside looking for the place to check in I did end up driving over to the other facility….. which was fabulous!! And realizing the Litli Geysir was kind of like an overflow hotel for the bigger and much nicer hotel I asked the lovely lady as the front desk if we could transfer to the bigger Geysir Hotel. Which she did, very graciously. Geysir Hotel was excellent.

Litli Geysir hotel was more basic with few amenities.

Great location (200m walk to the Geysir). A good restaurant in the near by Litli hotel (same owners). Good breakfast. Very good value for money.

Bathroom shower area needs extra care. Poor lighting in room. WiFi not stable

Sister hotel to the bigger Geysir hotel next door and a more budget vibe. Right next to the tamous geysers here and 10 minutes from Gulfoss.

A bit basic but clean and sufficient.

We actually got upgraded to Hotel Geysir and it was amazing. Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel restaurant had amazing food. Staff were super nice and helpful

What a great location close to the geysers and GOLFOSS waterfall 

The rooms were pretty small, but it was still not a problem. Could’ve used a plug near the bed.

Breakfast over at the Geyser was excellent and included. Great value for Iceland

the location is good, view is good, bed is good, room is not so big, staff is good. the area is good, the food is so so, check in is so easy, almost is fine.

Breakfast is not included in the price of the room, so we did not eat there. The restaurant next door was excellent.

The bathroom smelled of raw sewage in the morning.
