Poor Organization and Unacceptable Service Quality

The organization and staff training are extremely poor, especially when it comes to communicating with guests. In the spa center, the floor was dangerously slippery, which is unacceptable for an indoor pool area. The water in the jacuzzi was cold, and the thermal chairs were not working.The card system is unnecessarily complicated: one card for electricity, another for the spa, and a separate mechanical key for the room door. Room service was very difficult to get, even for something as simple as sparkling water.Overall, the accommodation prices do not match the quality of service provided. The staff is not properly trained to interact with guests, which significantly affects the overall experience.

Excellent location. Very clean. The staff were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I paid 12 euro for the breakfast and regretted it. Very poor - there are outside options that are much better value and quality.

Workers and the room

The small spa and tiny sauna area. They should refresh the doors in spa, because they aren’t close.

The rooms were impeccable, the staff and the classy look. Great place to in Belgrade.

All great - again, great place to stop in Belgrade.

Room, Spa, Breakfast

Parking Garage is a little bit difficult to park car.

The hotel and staff was awesome, they were cheerful and did I good job. Just the autopark was problem and that was hard o park to the street.

Loved the spa and room, but tv didn't work which was abit of a let down as I need it to get me to sleep.

When I arrived,there wasn't a concierge to help with bags. One receptionest was great (Tamara) the other laughed openly at an older man struggling very rude and unprofessional.

SPA was overall good. Good cleaning staff and hotel staff in general ? Breakfast is not very varied, but fresh and tasty.

There is no “free” water for making tea/coffee in the room. The sauna cools down quite quickly if it is not actively watered.

Breakfast very limited choice Cheese and meat together so difficult for vegetarian. Very Basic breakfast for the price .

Everything was great from the very first day. Staff in the hotel was very attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Pool in the hotel with salt water was very clean and one of the best we had a chance to use so far.

The staff service was fantastic, from the cleaner, receptionist, waiter to the manager. They helped us feel nicer in the hotel.

There are a few things that should be fixed, the steps leading into the pool should not be loose. The water in the jacuzzi is not at the temperature that is written on the board. The door in the sauna doesn't close well so all the heat escapes. The boards on which we sit in the sauna are not well attached.

Everything about the place . spotlessly clean and rooms were amazing..very comfortable beds and excellent shower

Hotel just a little bit out to much from city centre,however we got to know the buses and trams so this became less of an issue

The areas was nice, room's were comfortable and clean. Staff was kind, massage great and pool area ok. Would recommend espresso at the bar, excellent one!

I enjoyed my stay here. I recommend this accommodation to everyone. The food is excellent, the staff is very friendlly. The location of accomomodation is excellent.

I slept well and the room and bathroom size was good

It felt a bit dated and I think people were smoking inside (as everywhere in Belgrade). It’s also quite far from the city centre

Location is comfortable. Staff is super polite and friendly. Breakfast is nice too

SPA center is totally poor. Small swimming pool, sauna doesn’t work, “hot” loungers are extremely cold.

Very clean. Box of necessary things for your stay such as toothpaste, toothbrush and etc. Comfy rooms. Great bed.

Paid parking . Paid breakfast. The spa is working only from 09:00-22:00, could be 24h.
