The hotel is very modern, staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night while in transit and the hotel has everything you need. Location is excellent, room is big and comfortable. Very good breakfast as well.

Awesome place, very nice and clean. Coffee shop makes it very nice to meet and greet people, with decent breakfast featuring local Serbian goodies. One thing that truly makes this place shine is the staff. Balcony views are just awesome.

Next time i will definitely look for one of their larger rooms-one we had was definitely on a small side for a 6’4” person, but still very nice.

I Took the double standard room- the shower is very very small, too small. They don’t have enough room in the breakfast dining area to accommodate all the guest- twice we had to wait until someone will finish and get up. In addition - a morning cappuccino included with the breakfast would be nice and not as an extra charge.

Breakfast, cleaning and services. The SPA access every day was included for 2 hours, but you need to book it in advance, and the parking spot as well. Very good place in the heart of Belgrade!

The air conditioning was set to 32 degrees when first entered the room??? Crazy hot and when i left and returned it was back to 32 degrees???. It would only go down as low as 24 for some reason

Room was nice and cosy. Bed was big enough and very pleasant to sleep on. Staff was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. Location is very good (10 min walk from the main street). All in all it was extremely pleasant.

There are minor things to be improved - sliding doors in shower were a bit rusty and were unable to fully open. Water in jacuzzi was set to 35°c, which is a bit low and we were not able to change that. Breakfast was decent and we wished for more variety.

They need to think also to the people with allergies or intolerances to gluten and lactose.i don't understand why is soo difficult to have some margarin (vegetable butter) to the breakfast.i went there many times and even i asked them everytime, nothing good happened.

Clean, cozy and modernly furnished hotel in the center of Belgrade. The rooms look exactly like the pictures, they are spacious and having private free parking is an added bonus. The hotel staff is extremely kind and responsive. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Belgrade.

The parking is behind the building and looks to be safe. Everything was clean and the lady who was at the breakfast area was very friendly and smiley.

It sounds like the Spa or Pool are included in the price and they are not. The breakfast is very limited and doesn't give you options for coffee from the machine, for example. We got on a sale, and I would not pay for the full price to stay there as there are other options closer to the downtown.
